The company employs approximately 1,000 employees based in Weifang and Jining. Shandong first foray into Shandong began in the prefecture-level city of Weifang with the incorporation of Weifang Sime Darby Port Co Ltd and Weifang Sime Darby Water Management Co Ltd in Today, operations in China have expanded to include three river ports in the prefecturelevel city of Jining.

4 PORTS AND LOGISTICS Located in the prime region of the Bohai Sea s economic belt, Weifang Port is a seaport that handles bulk (dry and liquid), general cargo and containers. Weifang Port currently has a total handling capacity of 44.4 million MT per annum with an annual throughput of 26.5 million MT. Jining Ports comprise three fully operational ports - Yuejin Port, Longgong Port and Taiping Port, all of which handle mostly coal/coke, bulk and general cargoes. Currently, Jining Ports have a combined handling capacity of 16.4 million MT per annum via three of its operational ports. Jining Sime Darby Taiping Port Co Ltd Jining Sime Darby Taiping Port Co Ltd ( Taiping Port ) was founded in 2009 by Sime Darby Overseas (HK) Limited (70%) and Zoucheng City Road Engineering Co Ltd (30%). The port is located in Zoucheng, a county-level city in the south of Jining. Taiping Port operates within Jining Taiping s industrial park and offers customers shipping services to southern regions of China such as Jiangsu, Shanghai and Zhejiang. Taiping Port has a total handling capacity of 3.3 million MT per annum, mainly handling cargoes such as coal, break-bulk, chemicals and provides shipping and warehousing services. Sime Darby Berhad incorporated Weifang Sime Darby Port Co Ltd in August Weifang Sime Darby Port Co Ltd is a joint venture company between Sime Darby Overseas (HK) Ltd (80.6%), Sime Darby Utilities Sdn Bhd (18.4%) and Weifang Port Co Ltd (1%). In April 2009, Weifang Port achieved first tier port status awarded by the Ministry of Communications and Transportation of China. In December 2010, the Shandong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Communications and Transportation conferred the title of Regional Important Port on Weifang Port. Weifang Port lies strategically within the network of Longkou Port, Yantai Port, Weihai Port, Qingdao Port and Rizhao Port. Weifang Port s prime location makes it an excellent gateway and a natural choice for cargoes from central, northern and western Shandong and Weifang cities. 5 Jining Sime Darby Longgong Port Co Ltd Jining Sime Darby Longgong Port Co, Ltd ( Longgong Port ) was incorporated in November 2008 as a joint venture company between Sime Darby Overseas (HK) Ltd. (70%) and Jining City Rencheng District City Construction Investment Co Ltd (30%). Located along the Longgong River, the port is situated in the southern region of Jining, handling mostly coal/coke and other general cargoes. Longgong Port has a total handling capacity of 4.8 million MT per annum. Since commencement of operations, Longgong Port s annual throughput has reached 2.3 million MT in FY2018. The port began operations in November Located in Rencheng, Jining a prefecture-level city in the Shandong province, Yuejin Port is an inland river port that handles mostly coal/coke and other bulk cargoes with a total handling capacity of 8.3 million MT per annum. Its strategic location offers customers a convenient shipping option to access southwest regions of China such as Shandong, Shanxi and Hebei. Yuejin Port is part of the Jining Government s efforts to consolidate 35 coal jetties in the region to reduce coal pollution along the Grand Canal in Jining, as well as to improve the efficiency of canal transportation. 6 EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TIMOTHY LEE CHI TIM Managing Director, AGE 53 INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 26 Timothy Lee is the Managing Director of. He manages the Ports & Logistics business units located in Weifang and Jining within the Shandong province in China. Lee has over 20 years of operational experience in the ports and container terminal management industry. Prior to joining Sime Darby in 2011, he was with Modern Terminals Limited, the second largest Port Operator in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for terminal developments, stakeholder management, and ensuring optimum performance levels of terminal operations. Lee was formerly the Chairman of the Sea Cargo Customer Liaison Group in 2010, a committee organised by the Hong Kong Customs & Excise Department to gather industry expertise to improve port competitiveness. ALAN TONG YONG HAN Chief Financial Officer, AGE 53 INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 26 Alan Tong is a seasoned finance and multi-disciplined executive with more than 25 years of financial management experience. He has served several Fortune 500 Global MNCs over the past 20 years in China. Tong has experienced the full spectrum of China s economic transformation while handling senior leadership positions; Finance Director of Airbus China and Financial Controller of Heineken Breweries (Asia Pacific Breweries) based at various locations in Southern China, Shanghai and Beijing. As a key member of the global business leadership team he is responsible for leading all aspects of finance, tax and information technology as well as strategic planning and acquisition projects. Tong joined in January 2016 as its Chief Financial Officer. GOH CHONG EE Head - Strategy & Business Development, AGE 46 INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 4 A seasoned banker with more than 10 years of corporate experience, Goh Chong Ee was with AmInvestment Bank Bhd and ECM Investment Bank Bhd where he held senior leadership positions and advised top Southeast Asian clients on capital raising, financial restructuring and merger and acquisition transactions. He joined a diversified group listed on Bursa Malaysia as Deputy General Manager with the prime responsibility of leading all aspects of strategy, planning and commercial development projects for the group. Goh joined Sime Darby Logistics in 2015 as the Head of Strategy and Business Development. He is a core member of the Division Management Committee and is the executive director of the company s key joint venture companies and subsidiaries. LI CHANG YOU Government Affairs Officer, AGE 50 INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 29 Li Chang You started his career in the logistics industry in 1990, as the Deputy Director of the Office of Weifang Traffic Committee and Director of Office of Weifang Port Authority, a position he held for six years. He joined Weifang Port Co Ltd in 2003 as Deputy General Manager of Weifang Port Co Ltd and has served as the General Manager of Weifang Sime Darby Water Co Ltd and General Manager of Jining Sime Darby Port Co Ltd. He was appointed as the Assistant to the Managing Director of Sime Darby Logistics overseeing government affairs in October 2013.

7 BELINDA QIN CHUN HUI Head - Human Resource, AGE 41 INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 7 Belinda Qin has vast experience in human resource management. She began her career in Human Resource in 2009 and joined Sime Darby in 2011 as the Human Resource Manager of Sime Darby Logistics. She was promoted as Head of Human Resource, Sime Darby Logistics in BI LONG Head - Marketing & Logistics AGE 53 INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 25 Bi Long has spent 25 years in the transport and logistics industry. He is currently the head of Marketing & Logistics for, a position he has held since June Bi Long has vast operational experience in logistics industry and was earlier responsible for containerised business development and total logistics management in a diversified logistics company, SITC.
