Maintenance Gangs hired under Operation Wing North, South and Central ZonelElectrical System Wing/Generation Wing and BVPCL, Jogindernagar of HPSEB Ltd. through Service Providers is hereby extended f<?r another (Nine months) w.e.f01~ to as per detail attached as Annexure-(ABC&D), on the same terms & conditions existing prior to above order. TERMS & CONDTONS FOR OUTSOURCNG STAFF: 1. t would be an outsourcing arrangement with the gang to be hired through a service provider. Admissible service charges & service tax etc. would be payable. 2. Competitive bidding process would be used to hire a gang. 3. The CE/SE (OP) would not directly engage the labourers and there would be no relationship of HPSEBL employees with the workmen. 4. Approval is subject to fulfillment of all the codal formalities before engaging gang. 5. Outsourcing may be done in line with outsourcing policy of HPSEBL, where it is necessitated because of shortage of staff. The outsourcing arrangement made shall be withdrawn on the posting of regular incumbents. 6. The remaining terms and conditions during the execution of Agreement with the service provider will be followed (copy attached) (Annexure-A). 7. t may be ensured that No deviation of payment to the outsourced person will be allowed if any deviation is found the same may be placed in the PLA of the concerned awarding authority/service provider. 8. The payment of outsourced person should be made through their saving bank account on or before 7th of every month. 9. After execution of agreement with the service provider, the documents i.e. copy of tender/comparative statement/quotation and award letter alongwith agreement copy may be supplied to this office within seven days positively.
