We provide a wide, comprehensive range of marine and oilfield equipment, ship spares, deck, engine, cabin, galley, bonded stores, fresh provisions, dry food, and general consumables at competitive prices with uncompromised quality and unparalleled service. Our expertise is on initial fill supplies drawing up the requirements for a bare boat and providing cost effective purchasing, consolidating stores and packing into containers for delivery at nominated port of the world. As a specialist in procuring supplies, we provide complementary service in taking care of ship spares in transit, consolidating, delivering and forwarding on behalf of our customers. This creates a value-added option and benefit for our customers who can then focus on their key activities and to rid away the hassles of dealing with so many parties and to gain from our economies of scale. From a well-established marine and offshore supplier, our business area has expanded into Catering Management. Our mission is to improve the quality of daily life for our customers, crews and employees, to contribute to the economic, social and environmental development of the communities in which we operate. 5 Our Services Marine and Offshore Supplier We source and procure a wide range of ship stores, marine and oilfield equipment, and general consumables for all types of vessels, semi-submersible rigs, jack-ups and drill-ships. Our expertise is to supply to new builds customize to the specific vessel s needs and requirements. We provide cost effective purchasing by consolidating stores in containers and shipping to nominated port of delivery or while transiting Singapore port. As an international company operating in worldwide locations and through our strategic alliances, we are capable of providing products and services at any ports of the world. We have a subsidiary office in South Korea to provide closer proximity to our customers. Logistics & Supply Chain Management As our customers grow their business and operate internationally, we focus on fulfilling our customer s needs through planning, managing, integrating, coordinating and collaborating with our people, customers and suppliers. Catering Management Our experienced team of the catering division is dedicated to providing comprehensive, innovative, cost effective offshore catering and hotel keeping services. Our goal is to always provide good menus with choice of varieties and a safe, clean, healthy and contented environment for personnel working on-board vessels. We keep our customers delighted by ensuring continuous improvement in our catering operations through the use of customer feedback, questionnaires and quarterly management reviews of performance in our operations.

6 Our Subsidiary Francois Marine in South Korea is part of our growth strategy in building our brand at an international level and to be at closer proximity to our customers. In addition to the three main business activities i.e. marine and offshore supplies, logistics and supply chain, and catering management, Francois Marine Korea provides initial fill supplies, agency services, project management, local and foreign hires including payrolling and other ad hoc services.
