2 VDL Belgium Bending is a special discipline. VDL Belgium is the inventor of patented techniques for bending and producing pipes. We were one of the first specialists to be able to bend pipes with a bending radius of 0.8 x diameter, for pipes with a diameter of 8 to 155 mm. To be able to apply bend-in-bend and push-bending techniques at various levels, we created and modified machines and tools to our own specifications. In short, we are continuously finding new solutions to technical problems.

3 Optimal partner VDL Belgium is one of Europe s leading suppliers of sheet-metal working and tube bending. We apply the highest standards of quality and delivery. We are familiar with all types of operations, from simple to extremely complex assignments, including sheet-metal, tube and welding work. In addition we can use a wide variety of materials, including ferritic and austenitic stainless steel, aluminium, copper alloys and coated or normal steel tubes starting from a wall thickness of 1 mm. Optimal price We are committed to cost-effective production. We are aware of the importance that our markets, namely the truck and heavy duty industries, attach to a good cost level. 4 Optimal quality Only maximum accuracy will do. Our quality is guaranteed by a quality assurance system according to ISO9002 and TS16949, under application of the specific digital, analogue and statistical measuring techniques. Production is intensively monitored through measuring with specific 3D measuring tables for products out of steel-plates and tubes. Optimal delivery performance Between the moment when you submit your first plan and the moment when we send you our invoice, communication takes place almost exclusively via EDI. As a result we have an almost real-time insight into the production and planning for our customers, so that we can adjust our production on a daily basis to ensure reliable delivery performance.

5 Optimal surface treatment You decide how you want to receive your product. With our computer-controlled ultrasonic washing installation we can treat any kind of product according to the most stringent cleanliness requirements. Other preservative and surface treatments can be performed in our own wet-painting line or through close cooperation with qualified suppliers.
