1 Page 1 of 8 INVITATION TO BID Number: ITB/KRT/GF/11/024 - ADDENDUM No. 1 Dear Sir/Madam, This addendum No. 1 is issued for the ITB number ITB/KRT/GF/11/024 as follows: a) Extension of Bid Closing Date Referring to the cover letter of the ITB, clause number 4, the deadline for bids submission is extended by one week, and changed to October 31 st, 2011, at 14:00 hours (local time Khartoum/Sudan). Accordingly, and referring to the cover letter, clause number 5, the Bid opening date is changed to October, 31 st, 2011 at 14:30 hours (local time Khartoum) at UNDP Garden City Meeting Room, Building # 290, Garden City/Khartoum in the presence of Bidders Representatives who choose to attend. b) Annex V Schedule of Requirements Given the recent developments in the project requirements, additional quantity of furniture is deemed required. Accordingly, and referring to Annex V of the ITB, the schedule of requirements is changed by adding the following new locations including the additional furniture, noting that the specifications are identical to the same items existed under the original ITB apart from 2 additional items, TV tables and Shelves:

The bid must be completely covering the supply and installation. Please see Appendix I below information on the exact locations for delivery? 5 To participate in this Tender, do we need to contact you to fill any registration form in your office, or it is enough to fill the tender forms in the website? No need to contact the office for any kind of registration at this stage. Please respond to the ITB requirements as published in the website. As per the ITB, Annex I, Clause 9 the company profile including the legal registration of the Firm, past experience and financial statement must be provided under the Bid. 6 We manage to offer you on the C+F basis provide that you will submit form (one) at Port Sudan to cover custom duties, is that applicable for you? UNDP will assist with the customs clearance Form one by providing the needed supporting letters as long as the consignee mentioned in all the shipping documents is UNDP. 7 Is it accepted for you that the Performance This is acceptable, but at the UNDP rate of exchange.
