In addition to these UK facilities we also have our own facility in the DAFZA Free Zone at Dubai International Airport. In the DAFZA Fee Zone we offer dry cleaning, soft furnishing manufacture, oxygen bottle repairs and replenishment, emergency slide repair and overhaul, galley insert and plastics repairs. SOFT INTERIOR FURNISHINGS The core business at Airbase is its expertise in soft interiors furnishings. SEAT MAINTENANCE The seat overhaul and repair capability at Airbase is second to none. Whether it s a basic clean and touch up or full overhaul, through soft furnishing change to a more complex IFE retrofit or minor modification for plastic updates etc. Airbase can carry the work out professionally and with full certification at their facility in Gatwick. 6 Reheat International specialise in providing component repair services covering equipment manufactured by many of the major galley insert and interior parts OEM s. Reheat is able to provide repairs from both our EASA, FAA, TCCA Part 145 approved repair station in the UK and from our EASA and GCAA approved repair station in Dubai, UAE. We have capabilities for dual release on equipment within ATA Chapters 25, 26 and 38. ADAMS RITE AEROSPACE Reheat is the official Authorised Repair Station for Adams Rite Aerospace products for customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. OEM supported repair capability, including warranty repairs, has been established at Reheat for a wide range of cockpit door strikes and faucets. As the Authorised repair station Reheat uses genuine OEM parts, approved repair work scopes (no DER repairs), OEM proprietary test equipment and can provide guaranteed shop processing times with free of charge exchanges if exceeded on certain part numbers. PART SALES Reheat International holds an extensive inventory covering thousands of new condition spare parts which are available for sale with OEM EASA Form 1 or FAA Release. Most of this inventory consists of ovens (convection and steam), oven control modules, microwaves, coffee and beverage makers, water boilers, toilet water heaters, liquid containers & hot cups and faucet assemblies. These parts will be sold in SV or OH condition with a new EASA and / or FAA airworthiness release from our own workshop and will come with our standard warranty. For the aviation industry, a range of bespoke products have been produced which not only provide long-term protection to aircraft but improved operational efficiencies for airlines and reduced aircraft down time. Presently the range consists of exterior and interior multiple surface protection coatings and revolutionary waterless cleaning products. We are also constantly working on new products based on requests of our client RMX was set up with its key mission to create a range of non-hazardous surface protection and cleaning products for the automotive, aviation, commercial building and retail sectors. The manufacturing processes employed allow for large capability whilst maintaining a low-cost base and allowing flexibility within the production lines to alter product and packaging size with ease. Our manufacturing plant completed and was certified ISO 9001 in September Control of Laboratory R&D also allows RMX to create bespoke products for individual clients and tailor present products for specific environments. RMX HAVE FORMED A JOINT VENTURE WITH THE TRENCHARD AVIATION GROUP IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FULL SERVICE AIRCRAFT CLEANING CONTRACTS FOR MAJOR AIRLINES.
