E., Director, Construction Division Subject: Revisions to Chapter 4, Commercial Warehousing Program Date: September 8, 1999 To notify users of the Commercial Warehousing Program that Chapter 4, Contractual Agreement has been revised to include verification procedures for franchise tax status prior to contract execution. Form 1909 has also been revised to capture the information necessary to verify tax status. The manual change contains: Chapter 4, Contractual Agreement Form 1909 (revised 07/99).
