4 Compaction Granulation We perform particle enlargement or reduction in an integrated production system and can produce particles in the 70 mesh to 1/2 range. Stellar also has dust combustion hazard capabilities. Stellar Manufacturing understands that every client has a unique product with different chemical and physical properties. To help our clients achieve their goals we provide numerous chemical processing options and capabilities. Blending and Mixing Stellar has invested heavily in machinery and training to put together a range blending solutions. We have a variety of ribbon, paddle, V, dual cone, and continuous blenders capable of handling small to large projects. Compaction & Briquetting Stellar s compaction capabilities include fully integrated 50, 75, 150, and 300-ton compaction systems which are suitable for a variety industrial and consumer products.

5 Our Tableting Capabilities Include: Tableting Whether as part of an integrated manufacturing program or a standalone service, Stellar provides a variety of tableting options to its clients to support their production goals. Our team works closely with you to make sure that the final tablet product meets your exacting requirements for dissolution and performance. Stellar can follow up its tableting with customized packaging and warehousing, or can ship the tablets back to you for further processing. 6 Packaging and Filling Stellar provides packaging and filling services as part of its integrated approach to contract manufacturing. Depending on the product, we can provide primary and secondary consumer packaging, or if the product is pre-consumer we can work with you to transport your product to the next step of the supply chain.
