INTRODUCTION Bangalore International Airport Limited ( BIAL ), the owner and operator of the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru (the Airport ), and a company registered and incorporated under the Companies Act, BIAL is committed to establishing this Airport as one of India s leading airports, in terms of quality and efficiency and set a benchmark for the future commercial development of Indian airports. 2. OBJECTIVE BIAL intends to Receive a quote for Supply of Glass beads- Type-III. The Supply shall be executed in accordance with the list of approved makes, Bill of quantities & specifications. BIAL is interested in receiving Proposals/Quotes for Supply of Glass beads- Type-III, from suitably qualified and experienced contractors/firm/company/ manufacture on the terms and conditions contained in this RFQ. The Proposal/Quote shall comply with all the standards listed in the technical specification, drawings, timeline and schedule of quantities mentioned in the RFQ. 3. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: The Vender should be manufacture or authorized dealer of the manufacture. 4. DESCRIPTION AND TENTATIVE DATES OF THE TENDER: BIAL has adopted the following schedule for submission of the Proposals, selection and award of tender under this RFQ: Sl. no. Heading Date

Last date to receipt of queries if any Last Date to clarification of queries by BIAL Last date to receipt of Final Proposal PAYMENT TERMS: 5.1 An amount of 1% per week of the Contract Value shall be deducted as penalty for delay beyond the agreed time line, for a maximum of 5% of the contract value. 5.2 Payment will be released after 30 days from handing over the material and invoice. 6. Terms and condition 6.1 The delivery of the materials shall be complete within 30 from PO issued date. 6.2 Payment terms will be 30 days credit from date of delivery 6.3 The vender shall bear all the cost towards packing & transport up to BIAL premises. 6.4 The vender shall hand over the materials without any damages from their station to BIAL premises. 6.5 The vender shall provide the required documents for claiming the central value added tax benefits and custom duty benefits. 6.6 Expiry date of the material should not less than 10 months from the date of delivery % amount would be released after the supply of equipment/material as per payment terms. 6.8 The PO can be cancelled by BIAL; in case the material is not supplied within delivery period upon imposition of liquidated 1% per week of delay subjected to maximum of 5% of cost of the material.
