As the oil and gas industry in Ghana continues to grow, Gemini is well poised to contribute and make an impact on the developments in the sector. 7 Our Services Ship Agency Gemini offers ship agency services in the Tema and Takoradi ports. Our on demand team is well equipped, flexible and available at all times to cater to all your needs in a timely manner. i. Port Agency Vessel clearance with local port authorities Proactive communication to provide port and berth information Ensure timely operations. Ensure smooth transit times through efficient communication with customs, port authorities and sanitation offices. 7

Stevedoring Gemini since incorporation has been a major stevedore provider offering its services to all the major shipping companies that call at the port of Tema and Takoradi. We have been very instrumental in the import chain being the major service provider in the discharge of most bulk, backed and general cargo. 9

10 Our Services Logistics: a. Warehousing Gemini owns and manages its warehouses for cargo. These warehouses are strategically located in the Tema port. Our warehouses are professionally managed, adhering to all health, safety and environmental standards. b. Terminal Operations Gemini owns and manages Greenwich Depot at the Tema Harbor. It is a multi purpose terminal suitable for import and export activities such as the consolidation of export cargo. c. Equipment rental plant pool We offer a range of equipment for logistic services including reach stackers, forklifts and trucks. All our equipment is professionally managed, to ensure optimum condition for client use. 10
