Materials Needed 1-List of Duracell Stocking Priorities, Pictures of locations to stock. 2-Work Order 3-Name Badge At the Location 1-Sign In the Customer Vendor Log located at the Photo Center counter near the back of the store. Enter your name and date and time you started. 2-If you can't locate a manager go to a Red customer service phone dial 611 for assistance. 3-Talk to the Photo manager in charge and tell them you are there to stock Duracell batteries. 4-Locate in the back room stock of Duracell batteries and fill a shopping cart with items that need to be stocked. 5-Place up as many (brown cases) open stock of product in all areas. 6-Stock Duracell in the following order of locations. a. Grocery Cube b. Check lanes c. Grocery Fast tracks d. T-Aisle(where applicable) e. GM Cube f. Trim a Tree displays g. Toy Department Nerf section h. Other fast tracks as stated below. 7-When your stocking is complete make sure all empty boxes and trash is disposed of properly. 8-Please sign out of the vendor sign in log with the time spent on batteries before leaving the store. 3 Holiday Nov/Dec Coverage Dates: October 19,2012 January 11, 2013 Duracell Duracell Updates & Reminders HOLIDAY COVERAGE This work order will cover the Holiday season for Duracell at Meijer. You will visit the stores during the Holiday period, beginning Friday October 19, 2012, and ending Friday January 11, Please review the Holiday coverage details carefully. For the holiday season (Oct - Nov Dec), each store will receive one call of 1 hour by ASAP on Friday s per schedule. RCM s will still be doing their regular call of 30 minutes. STORE CALL PROCEDURE 1) All merchandisers must sign in upon arrival to store, and sign out upon departure. Place name, date, and time spent while signing book. Vendor sign in book is located in the E4 department (batteries, film). 2) There are 2 Duracell fastracks in Trim-a-Tree seasonal area. Location A (181 store) Planogram ID and Location B (178 stores) Planogram ID set by date 10/13/12 through 12/24/12. Duracell floor stands will be sent to each store; item details below. BOTH trays are removed from floor stand and hung one above the other in designated fastrack location; in stores by 10/15/12 *It is imperative Duracell has both locations merchandised with 2 trays! 3) Center Stage PDQs displayed through October with pegged product above.

4 4) All stores will receive a 194ct mixed roller floor stand to be used to fill all battery locations in the store. Not authorized to set up as a display. Week of 10/17. 5) All stores will receive a battery pallet which will be merchandised in the T-aisle in 150 stores. It s a 3 sided half pallet, two sides Duracell, one side Meijer Brand. Acosta is only responsible for stocking the Duracell portion. Shipping week of 10/31/2012
