Each record is tracked by its number and includes a summary description. Administration 886, 4535, 4639, 4772, 4782, 4783, 4787, Epicor Manifest is certified for UPS 2018 API calls. This certification includes new services and support of Dangerous/Hazardous material shipments with UPS. 1. New UPS Services introduced with applicable carrier/container service options include: UPS Access Point Economy, UPS Worldwide Express, Freight Midday UPS Express 12: , 2. UPS carrier supports only the following Regulation Set shipments on 4839, Dangerous/Hazardous material 4840, 4841, CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) within US to US origin/destination on all 4842, applicable shipment service 4928, ADR (European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous 4929, Goods by Road) within Europe to Europe origin/destination. 4930, Countries include: AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DK, EE, FI, FR, DE, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, LU, 4931, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, SE, GB. 4969, 4972, 5497, Note IATA (International Air Transport Association) Regulation Set shipments are not currently supported by UPS API , 5568, 5569, 3. Hazmat groups may be created under Maintenance > Hazmat Groups. These hazmat 5616, groups may then be mapped to products under Maintenance > Products. 5621, 5702, 4. Commodity Regulated Level Code for Hazmat/DG shipments, which indicates the type 5736, 5739, 5760 of commodity are: Fully Regulated (FR) Limited Quantity (LQ) Excepted Quantity (EQ) Lightly Regulated (LR). This can be configured in Maintenance > Container s with mandatory Commodity, Hazmat field. 5. New user input to support Hazmat/DG shipments is introduced in Shipping > Processing > Shipping Screen > Containers > Hazmat tab along with other existing fields All Packed In One QValue Overpacked DG Accessible 5

Hazmat paperwork/reports can be generated within Manifest in IATA, Standard, and Ground formats for Dangerous/Hazardous material UPS carrier shipment. Note Reports can be configured in Administration > s > s and in the respective workstation under Administration > Workstations > s. 7. Hazmat paperwork/reports can be reprinted anytime on pointing to respective successfully shipped UPS carrier shipment under Forms > HazMat Paperwork. Maintenance 5371 The FedEx tracking number is now included in the Epicor Manifest Hazmat Certificate Crystal Report. Shipping 4299, 4640, 5502, 5503, 5649, 5650, 5651, 5652, 5666, 5676 and , , 5476 Epicor Manifest now has capability to process shipments for Prophet 21 shipments from the Carton Packing function. The Carton Packing function is available in Prophet 21 Version or later. Shipments are pulled in by entering the Prophet 21 shipping number with a preceding 'S'. Epicor Manifest will create containers for each P21 carton ID. The carrier tracking number and freight charges are pushed back to the P21 Carton Packing shipment containers/carton. Shipments with multiple containers will have the freight charges pro-rated based on the weight of the container. Note Shipment confirmation is not currently available for this function. P21 Release will support the creation of a customer ship to record identified as a Freight Forwarder with address details. These P21 details will be captured in Manifest for the customer and international shipments. Manifest will capture the Country of Origin needed for P21 international shipments from a hierarchy search. If a pick ticket line in P21 is picked from multiple lots, the country of origin attribute for the lot will be used to refresh the country of origin for the part equivalent in the Manifest data base. P21 lot-tracked parts will have unique part records in the Manifest data base for each unique part/lot pair. If a pick ticket line in P21 is not lot-tracked but has a primary supplier, the primary supplier record will be used to refresh the country of origin for the part equivalent in the Manifest data base. Lastly, if the P21 pick ticket line item is not lot-tracked or using one primary supplier, the country of origin from the Manifest product database will be used for the shipment. Epicor Manifest now has a capability to process shipments for Prophet 21 transfer orders. A future version or customization for Prophet 21 is required for this Transfer Order integration. Whereas customer sales orders are pulled into the Epicor Manifest Shipping window using the Prophet 21 pick ticket number, transfer orders are pulled in by entering 6

7 Release Notes Release Notes: the Prophet 21 transfer shipping number with a preceding 'T'. The carrier tracking number and freight charges are pushed back to the P21 Transfer Order. The FedEx Freight LTL option for Freight Liability Coverage now includes coverage types of new, used, or reconditioned. Shipping Error Message Error Message Error Message Error message 'Invalid Workstation Key' has been expanded to recognize as 'Epicor Workstation ID not found in Manifest Workstations File setup'. Error message 'There was a problem processing your request' has been expanded when the Server URL is incorrect to display 'The Epicor Manifest login has an improper Server URL'. Resolve 'object reference...' error message when workstation custom properties are validated. International fields on the Product record in Epicor Manifest are no longer validated on domestic shipments. This allows the user to ship without errors on tariff codes or incorrect international data when shipping within the same country. For shipments using UPS Freight, the COD Remit To (if different than Shipper address) is recognized in the database COD shipments from carrier UPS Freight will now allow the user to select the fund type of the COD collection. 8

All 3801, 3806, 4165, Error Message Installation Error Messages from within the Epicor Manifest application have been expanded to include an identification number recognized as EM####. A web application screen has been created to allow a user to enter the EM#### and customize the error message. Change installer field name from 'Rate Shop Website Name' to 'Web App Website Name'. Administration 1324, 3217, 4600, 4601, 4635, 4714, 5045, FedEx Freight is now setup as a separate carrier module within Epicor Manifest. Account number credentials are specific to FedEx Freight. Services and options related to FedEx Freight are separately supported in the Data Packager. UPS License and Registration functions are updated to the new TSL 1.2 web calls required by UPS. Rate Shopping 2881, 2932, 3159, 4068, 4210, 4326, 4338, 4362, 4435, 4440, 4444, 4488, 4529, 4672, 4750, 4946, 4966, 5011, 5097, 5102, 5148, 5151, 5252, 5323, Epicor Manifest Rate Shopping Web has been expanded to include LTL carriers. Additional information such as weight and BOL Class are captured from either the ERP or Manifest to calculate rates for LTL density or non-density carriers. Rate and date comparisons will be displayed for each LTL carrier. Rate adjustments will be added to the freight charge display for comparison. Once you select a rate, you may submit the shipvia selection to your ERP system. Optionally, the user may also push back the freight charges. Rate Shopping for domestic parcel shipments will now include the tare weight from the container with the product weight in the shipment container detail. 9

10 Release Notes: Epicor Manifest Release Notes Reports / Tools 3019 Data Packager Import Data Packager Import function fail error messages have been expanded to indicate the reason for the failure such as time out, corrupt database or permissions. Shipping Error Message Error message added when user is required to setup a container prior to initial shipment using Epicor Manifest. UPS Declared Value now defaults to 'Declared Value'. This allows the user to freight with declared value without adding additional information within Manifest. Shipping and Integration Shipment function in Manifest will capture additional fields from the ERP Product setup including the Part Weight, BOL Class and Fair Market value. ERP added the BOL Class and Fair Market Value fields for integration to Manifest. Shipment function or product refresh function in Manifest will capture product details from P21 to expedite international and hazardous shipments. Product details include the following: 1. Tariff Code from P21 Product > International > Schedule B 2. NAFTA Preference from P21 Product > International > NAFTA Class. This must be represented by one character of A, B, C, D, E, or F 3. ECCN# from P21 Product > International > ECCN 4. Net Cost Method from P21 Product > International > Net Cost checkbox will be checked if this method was used. This is required for NAFTA paperwork. 5. Producer from P21 Product > International > Producer Checkbox. NAFTA required options are Yes, No(1), No (2), No (3). If P21 box is checked, the NAFTA Yes option will be used. If P21 box is unchecked will default to No(1). 6. RVC Begin Date from P21 Product > International > Regional Value Calc Start Date. 7. RVC End Date from P21 Product > International > Regional Value Calc End Date. 8. Hazmat Group from P21 Product > MSDS > Hazmat Code ID. 10

Shipping 4300, 4301, 4302, 4303, 4304, 4382, 5363 Epicor Freight Service function used with E9 or E10 has been refactored for carriers UPS, FedEx, FedEx Freight, Endicia, DHL and SpeeDee. The refactoring creates an efficiency related to each carrier for purposes of rate shopping and shipping. 11

Shipping 4248 Correction is made on assignment of the customer contact phone number when the ship to ID is different from the sold to ID. The parent customer record is corrected to pull from the sold to phone number, instead of the ship to phone number. Manifest is now integrated to carrier, Canpar. This provides the ability to rate and process shipments for services and value-added services Canpar offers for Canadian shippers to any Canada, United States, or International destinations serviced by Canpar. Canpar calculates freight charges, assigns tracking numbers to all packages in the shipment, and creates the Canpar shipping label for each package. Freight charges, tracking numbers, and labels are returned to Manifest using web services and the shipment is updated and labels are directed to the designated workstation printer. Shipment may be voided as needed. Labels may be reprinted as needed. Close carrier/end of day functions are also available for carrier, Canpar. Manifest is now integrated to LTL carrier, UPS Freight. This provides the ability to process shipments for services and value-add services UPS Freight offers for larger shipments, that can not be processed as domestic parcel. UPS Freight calculates freight charges, assigns tracking numbers to all packages in the shipment, creates the UPS Freight shipping label for each package, and creates the Bill of Lading form. Freight charges, tracking numbers, labels and Bill of Lading forms are returned to Manifest using web 12

13 Release Notes Release Notes: Epicor Manifest services and the shipment is updated, and labels and Bill of Lading forms are directed to the designated workstation printer. Changes to freighted LTL shipments are allowed prior to pickup. Manifest also has the capability to submit a pickup request sent via an API call. The request must include a pickup date, earliest pickup time and latest pickup time. A pickup confirmation# and estimated delivery date is then supplied by UPS Freight. Maintenance Container s Expand setup for container type to include a field for default # of pieces. Upon creation of the BOL, based on the container type, add the # of pieces. If there are multiple containers, the # of pieces will be multiplied by the # of containers. The Canadian Commercial Invoice form has been enhanced for ERP Master Pack Shipments. Detail lines will be created for each order line/shipment line. Common Label enhanced to display page numbers as 1 of 1 instead of 1/1 or 1 of 2 instead of 1/2; and print on 4 x 6 label without truncating. Shipping 1609, 4023, 4024, 4025, 4029, 4030, 4031, 4753 When a Prophet 21 pick ticket is processed in Epicor Manifest the option to complete Prophet 21 shipping confirmation will now be available. The Prophet21 group application setting P21AutoConfirmShipment can be used to trigger the auto confirmation of shipments in Prophet 21 as they are completed in Epicor Manifest. A second Prophet21 group application setting P21AutoConfirmPrompt' can also be set to prompt the user to override the default P21AutoConfirmShipment setting prior to processing an individual shipment. If this application setting is True then the user will see a prompt on the Shipping Screen that will display the default P21AutoConfrirmShipment setting and allow them to override and change the setting for the shipment in process prior to executing the shipment. If all conditions in Prophet 21 are met the shipment will be confirmed. If the confirmation fails then the required information or restrictions will be displayed to the user and the user will be required to correct the condition in Prophet 21 and manually complete the shipment confirmation in Prophet 21. A shipment can NOT be ship confirmed more than once. Use caution when moving a shipment to ship confirmed, as Prophet 21 does not allow this to be maintained or deleted. Once a pick ticket has been ship confirmed it cannot be voided in Manifest. Prophet 21 Version or later with Middleware installed is required to integrate to the shipping confirmation feature in Epicor Manifest. Note: To support the use of the P21 shipping confirmation feature in Epicor Manifest, the Job Definition for ShipShipment must include Param Where sequence

All 3653 Print monitor continues to install with local system user if Service Account domain username or password are incorrect. Administration 4050 FedEx Economy (Canada) no longer needs to be manually added to the FedEx Services. Maintenance , Customers Fixed defect where customer records were not appearing in the Epicor Manifest UI. BOL lines have been re-factored in V4.0.2 for non-density carriers. When multiple containers were freighted in V3.0 only one line was created per BOL Class. In V3.5 this was changed to create a line for each container and orderline. This has been re-factored for V4.0.2 to create with the hierarchy of Container, Container Dimensions and BOL Class. The SED Report is now included with print monitor. Rate Shopping 4352 Eliminated the Rate Shopping " Facility cannot be Null" error when a carrier is only setup in one Facility but other facilities exist. For example, if you have a facility in Canada and another in the US, you can use Endicia in the US and Purolator in Canada without receiving any additional error from rate shopping. 14

15 Release Notes Release Notes: Epicor Manifest Reports/Tools 3660 Data Packager Import UPS Ground with Freight Pricing is available as a UPS Service. Shipping Labels/Reports Changing carriers after unshipping an LTL shipment removes the shipment/container tracking numbers Modified ShipmentRefresh to use Prophet 21 SQL function [CalculateExtendedPrice] to determine the unit price for calculating commercial invoice values. This calculation takes unit of measures into consideration and not just rely on the actual 'unit price' in the Prophet 21 order line. Resolved issue for UPS international shipments for countries that do not have states/districts Support customer rates for FedEx-LTL Shipments. When using FedEx Priority Freight or FedEx Economy Freight service with multiple Containers the freight charge for each Container was updated with the TOTAL shipment charge returned by FedEx and then these were rolled up to the shipment freight charge, not the other way around. It should have pushed the charge to the shipment and then allocated across the Containers. This has been resolved. For Prophet 21 customers that use the Manifest data base to maintain customer contact information [name and phone number] the ShipmentRefresh will not update the Manifest customer record unless the Prophet 21 order header has valid customer contact data associated with it. Actual container weight and dimensions are now included on FedEx return shipments. Resolved the issue Fedex Priority Alert set for a shipment when selecting the priority alert settings on Customer shipment entry. UPS shipment request no longer supported format n.nn for Schedule B quantities so intentional shipment requests would fail. Modified the format for this field to allow for whole number only. Now the custom property Value PDF is supported for DHLLabelImage for workstation custom property Change List - Enhancements Use the following information to review the application enhancements that occurred in Epicor Manifest since the last release. Manifest is now integrated to carrier, Purolator. This provides the ability to rate and process shipments for services and value-added services Purolator offers for Canadian shippers to any Canada, United States, or International destinations serviced by Purolator. Purolator calculates freight charges, assigns tracking numbers to all packages in the shipment, and creates the Purolator shipping label for each package. Freight charges, tracking numbers, and labels are returned to Manifest using web services and the shipment is updated and labels are directed to the designated workstation printer. Maintenance Commercial Invoice form has been enhanced for ERP Master Pack Shipments. Detail lines will be created for each order line/shipment line. Canadian Export Declaration Form, B13A may now be generated from Epicor Manifest. It is a form that is used to detail goods exported out of Canada. Canadian Customs Invoices were enhanced to expand the product description and unit price fields. BOL_VICS.rpt and BOL_VICS_w_PC_Count.rpt have been enhanced to: * Add vertical lines between data columns for Customer Order, Pallet/Slip, and Additional Shipper Info Purchase Order # * Left justify the column header for Customer Order * Expand display for Special Instructions * Correct spelling as needed * Correct display of lines for handling unit and package unit * 01/18 added to title at bottom for MMYY date tracking of enhancements Nine Commercial Invoice forms have been enhanced to include the following: * Expanded reference field by item/good * Expanded address to allow name, 3 lines of address, and city/state/zip. This would apply to Bill To, Ship To, Ultimate Consignee, Freight Forwarder and Importer based on the form. * Expand the item/good description and allow to wrap for full description. Four Canadian Customs Invoices were updated including Canadian Customs Invoice by Item, Canadian Customs Invoice By Item with Billable Freight, Canadian Customs Invoice by Goods, Canadian Customs Invoice by Goods with Billable Freight. The forms have been formatted at bottom left so that boxes do not display over text; the product or goods description has been expanded and will wrap as needed; 01/18 has been added to the title at bottom left to capture the update date. NAFTA Certificate of Origin has been updated to include top justified column headers 5-10; expanded description of goods; and 01/18 added to title at bottom left to recognize update date. 16

17 Release Notes Release Notes: Epicor Manifest Shipping Charge Schemes / Facility SLI (Shipper's Letter of Instruction) has been enhanced. The Ultimate Consignee address has been expanded; and spelling has been corrected. A flat rate or percentage can be applied to Service upcharges or discounts at the Facility or Shipping Charge Scheme rates adjustments. Rate Shopping , UPS SurePost services are included in rate shopping. Rate shopping is now integrated with Customer Shipment Entry in E10. Users are able to launch rate shopping from that screen and use the destination and container information to determine and push back the most cost effective and timely ship via for that shipment. The ERP Data Find is automatically triggered when launching Rate Shopping from the E10 Order Entry or Customer Shipment Entry screens. Users can now push back the freight charge from rate shopping as a misc charge on orders in E10. Rate Shopping defaults the shipment date to today's date if the Order Release Ship By date is not entered in Order Entry. Rate shopping rates and delivery date are based on the container grid shipment date which is pulled directly from the order in the ERP. Rate Shopping builds shipments by order release ship to destination from E10 orders. Users can now push back the freight charge from rate shopping as the freight out charge on orders in P21. Made changes to the Rate Shopping UI to make it more responsive and improve space utilization. Rate Shopping includes an integration to Purolator to help determine the best shipping options for Intra-Canada, Canada to US and Canada International shipments. Rate Shopping builds shipments by orderline request date from P21 orders. Shipping 1424 Error Message Enhanced the missing tariff code error message to include the part numbers that are missing a tariff code. 17

All 4098, 3692 Installer is now integrated with.net 4.7 Administration 3624 FedEx implemented SOAP best practices for the latest Web Services WSDLs which involves a servlet-based approach requiring standard URLs to route the requests correctly. To meet these FedEx requirements, Epicor Manifest changed the web service URLs used for routing different types of requests that are utilized in the application. 18

Change List - Resolved Issues Use the following information to review the resolved issues that occurred in Epicor Manifest since the last release. Maintenance Hazmat Groups Manifest Detail, Manifest Summary and SpeeDee Manifest were using filter for container number only, which caused some detail duplication. An additional filter based on shipment number was added to these reports to remove any duplication. Text regarding 'Your online resource...' was removed from the Packing Slip. Allow duplicate HazmatGroup records with same IATA # and/or Proper Shipping Name. Some hazardous materials have different packing group designations based on level of risk based on quantity shipped, so require ability to create unique records. Rate Shopping Obsoleted ship codes are no longer displayed in rate shopping. Obsoleted facilities are no longer displayed in rate shopping. Shipping Miscellaneous shipments using Use Address option will no longer give a duplicate key value error. Save & Close button within Miscellaneous Shipment will now save information. CTS does not require the space within the postal code (Ex: > ). Previously, when shipments were created with either COD or Declared Value options, the settings were lost if the user changed the ship code to a different service or carrier. This has been resolved by adding a dialogue window for the COD option, to have the user manually reset the COD options. For Declared Value the database values are now correctly rendered on the Shipping Screen upon a change of the ship code. 19

In the >General tab, the [Register UPS Shipper] is used to register a shipper with UPS and generate shipper credentials (user/password/access key) for processing shipment and rating requests. In the >Facilities tab [Add UPS ABR Account] is used to link the shipper's UPS account for a specific facility to the registration and enable the shipper to receive both daily and negotiated rates when processing a shipment or rate request. This is available for carriers UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee, and Endicia (USPS). Setups to enable this feature include Settings to define default values for carrier-specific COD options (e.g. accepted funds type, currency code, add freight to COD). A warning is now displayed when a shipment is pulled from Prophet 21 that is COD, and the user changes the ship code in Manifest, eliminating the COD settings; the warning states "You are changing the ship code for a shipment that is flagged as Collect On Delivery. You must manually select the COD carrier option and related fields for this ship code prior to shipping."
