It is available in 3 sizes covering moulding areas of up to 2.5 m². N-LINE shape moulding machines are designed with the focus on functionality and solidity. It is the ideal machine for packaging products and large quantities. Machines of the N-LINE series can be equipped with standard steam chambers or monoblock moulds. The expansion vessel volume ranges from 0.15 m³ to 7 m³. With a bead density of 15 g/l a throughput volume of approx. 85 3,500 kg/h is achieved. Large density variation of EPP raw materials from % make it difficult for the converters, to target the lowest permitted product weight for applications.
