6 MONOBLOCK SYSTEMS MULTI-APPLICATION PLATFORMS Capmatic monoblock system is ideal for filling, plugging or stoppering, capping and aluminum cap crimping. These full featured multi-station platforms can be equipped with a variety of filling, capping and labeling systems to accomodate a wide range of products, plugs, and caps. All monoblock systems are designed to reduce operational costs and to provide our customers with the capability to adapt to the changes in market demands and regulatory standards. Capmatic monoblock utilizes the latest technologies to achieve and verify accuracy in all phases of filling, capping and labeling. These unit can accomodate a large range of liquid (water-like, semi-viscous, and viscous), tablet and powder product. Its capping systems can be built to be interchangeable between continuous threads capping, R.O.P.P.2 and crimping. The integrated labeling systems are capable of applying full or partial wrap. 9 PHARMA LINE EQUIPMENT PHARMA LINE Capmatic Pharma Line of equipment are designed to fill, place stoppers (partial or full insert), and crimp a wide range of containers, including microtubes and vials. These equipment range from sequential indexing system to high-speed rotary monoblocks. Capmatic s equipment are built to be in compliance with cgmp, EU1 and FDA standards. These machines are designed with a slim profile to facilitate the integration of Laminar Air Flow (LAF) system, Restricted Access Barrier System (RABS), Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC), and isolation barrier. 10 FILLING EQUIPMENT INLINE FILLING SYSTEMS Capmatic inline liquid filling systems meet a wide range of packaging applications. These platforms are ideal for both long and short production operations. Capmatic utilizes the latest technologies to ensure that all fills are performed with control and the highest accuracy. The fillers are based on heavy-duty sanitary stainless steel frames with FDA1 approved product contact parts. 14 LABELING SYSTEMS PRESSURE SENSITIVE LABELING SYSTEMS Capmatic s labeling systems (LabelStar ) are versatile to adapt to changes in market demands. These systems can be configured to place labels on front, side, back, top, bottom, or panels of either glass, plastic or metal bottles, and cardboard cases. Capmatic s labelers are designed to meet current GMP1 requirements and to facilitate fast and easy setup. The self learning Photostop sensing system is built into each labeling head to ensure precise stopping and positioning of the label. The LabelStar systems are available with a single or dual heads for front and back labeling application. To ensure accurate and repeatable label placement, Capmatic LabelStar uses stepper motor technology.
