A reduced footprint makes the Optimus ideal for smaller packaging areas. The Optimus forms with precision thanks to its RAPIDAIRSYSTEM. Perfect for applications with either semi-rigid or flexible films, the RAPIDAIRSYSTEM creates perfect packages every time. In addition to skin, vacuum and MAP packaging applications, the VARIOVAC Optimus can also be outfitted for Variosteam hot products packaged with steam to create a vacuum-like package. A stainless steel construction and wash-down design conform to the highest hygienic design standards. Removable safety covers and hinged side panels not only add to the machine s cleanability, but also improve access for maintenance. An intuitive operating system with features such as multiple language options, individualized machine recipes, and optional remote diagnostics, makes the VARIOVAC Optimus universally accessible. The labelling module further expands the possibilities of the VARIOVAC Optimus. This labelling module is a separate unit that can be assembled individually to the machine. It is designed to accommodate OP, UP, and combination labelers. Stationary or a moving labelling units can be added to the module to allow more flexibility.
