As was introducing a fifth wheel as a pivot point under carts with four castor wheels for better handling. 14 Automotive manufacturers rely on transport trains for internal logistics, called milk runs. These milk runs consist of pallet carts with four castor wheels which, up until now, were difficult to move in a safe and efficient way. The development of our RZ unit has changed this. 14

18 Cracks and seams in machines are disastrous, especially for the pharmaceutical industry. Movexx therefore developed a series of cleanroom machines produced entirely of stainless steel. Laser-welding technology ensures that dirt and bacteria have no chance to accumulate. Another innovation that emerged from this sector is a sanitary coupling for the Movexx tugger. A hook system with vacuum suction cups appeared to be the right solution to move these carts quickly, safely and hygienically.. 18

22 Internet sales is increasing daily, however the orders themselves are becoming smaller. The ability to automatically pick the orders has also diminished. Movexx has put two platform tuggers and an M-Runner into the market to specifically address this development. Platform tuggers increase the productivity of the worker, getting quickly on and off the vehicle and minimize the amount of walking needed to perform their job. The M-Runner ensures that multiple orders can be collected simultaneously due to its multiple shelves. The employee can therefore deliver the right goods for the right order at the right time. 22

26 Nowhere are luggage and goods transported more than in international airports. In order to make this process run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, Movexx has developed multiple solutions. In this case, the T1000-Platform and T2500-Platform machines have received a radiographic remote control so that the work can be performed with as little as one employee. 26

30 The waste sector is under high cost pressure. Together with our client Van Gansewinkel, we searched for a solution to collect commercial waste with only one instead of two employees. The answer became the one2move machine, which can be placed on the back of the collection vehicle or in a storage box on the side of the truck. Together with the remote control, this solution reduced labor and cut costs. 30

34 A good ergonomic working environment is essential in hospitals and nursing homes. The physical strain of moving hospital beds alone is huge. To this end, Movexx developed a simple bed mover to reduce the strain and number of employees needed for the job. This results in lower costs and increased productivity. 34
