3 The purpose of this document is to provide the proposal of EPCC(Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) Service for Turnkey Solution of Logistics, Port and Shipyard for Mutun Iron Ore for Enabol, Bolivia. EPCC Contractor consists of consortium GMB(General Maeine Bussiness Inc.), and Engineering partner of EPCCO would be Zentech(Zentech Engineering Co., Ltd.) for successful completion of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for the Turnkey Solution of Logistics and Port with Facilities for El Mutun Iron Ore with other associated works for Enabol, Bolivia. The estimated output of a mine is initial stage around 2,000,000 ton/year and final stage around 5,000,000ton/year in El Mutun Iron Ore shall be transported from El Mutun Iron Ore mine to Quijarro Port. The logistic system, the transportation route, Quijarro Terminal Stockyard and Quijarro Port shall be developed accordingly

10 PROJECT CONSIDERATION FOR FOR GB Enabol Bolivia requirement: To construct 35km of a belt conveyer system considering Amazon ecosystem environment and position of the inhabitant village etc. 2. However, EPCC contractor also consider different logistics method (the truck & road network system and Train Rail transportation system) 3. Around 35.0Km of flatland level and unpaved or Paved Tow (2) lane road. 4. In order to meet the requirement that 1,000 tone/hour should transport more secure and stable transportation, design capacity should be 1,000 ton/hour capacity because actual working hour = 22.0 hour/day and 320 working day/year(kideco reference)

The most important factor in Port/Harbor development is to get a stony rock mountain development in order to reclaim the land and government cooperation is required to save construction expense.
