6 KYMCO WH Spring Booking Program February 15, August 31, 2018 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Dealer can change the color or model of the delivery, as long as KYMCO USA has the available inventory. 2. Any cancellation by dealer or by non-fulfillment of payment terms during each program month will result in a 10% restocking fee per unit. 3. Any cancellations by dealer or as a result of non-payment will result in forfeiture of all incentives. 4. Any refused program shipment will result in 10% per unit restocking fee, as well as all associated freight charges, including return freight costs. 5. Any refused program shipments will result in forfeiture of all incentives. 6. Co-op reimbursements will be made monthly for advertising invoices. Invoices must be submitted within 30 days of actual invoice date to qualify. 7. Co-op will be earned if you take delivery of a qualifying order at the level indicated on the order form. 8. All available units will ship automatically during each program month. 9. Models, colors and prices may change without notice. 10. Any CPU units left at KYMCO USA after the initial pick-up may be shipped to the dealer at standard freight rates. 11. Dealers will be allowed five (5) business days for payment after initial notification of product availability.
