DO NOT LOG. If there is no restrainer cable, a 2 beam in place is required (any color is acceptable until restrainer cables are ordered) Log and order correct size restrainer cables with brackets. Store assistance will be required to remove waterfall decking in Closet Rods Article on POG is correct, however the product shipped will have article # For stores where the two bays are beside each other, you will need to check to see if the POGs were mirrored correctly. See photo below. 3 D59 Closet Rods, Brackets & Floating /Decorative - Scope Of Work DE-MERCHANDISE / DECONSTRUCT EXISTING SET Remove MES articles and action accordingly. Ensure accurate quantities are recorded. De-merchandise all product from bays Use plywood on flat carts for small product A Remove EXITING wire fixtures from both bays (grey ones are old) (A) Remove and discard all old displays If perf. decking is NOT in place DO NOT remove false wall to install perf. decking. Note it in the BSR, inform the MEAS in the morning walk, include it in your nightly and hand over unused perf decking over to MET/Store (DO NOT cut perf. decking to fit) Remove and discard old false wall in CLOSET ROD bay (check BOM to see if you were shipped one) DO NOT remove false walls from Wall shelving and hardware bay Remove and discard ALL old POP RESET BAY(S) Clean bay(s) thoroughly (sweep floor, wipe down beams and H- Frames, scrape beams and H-Frames as needed, etc.) Ensure all elevations (steel) are set to POG. Install new false wall in CLOSET RODs bay (follow POG notes for specific measurements) Secure using Add-a-shelf rails and hardware provided Two man lift for false walls Cover screws with grey stickers provided To merchandise Rods follow installation guidelines on POG/Bay notes (all measurements are from floor to the top of wire dividers) Use 'closed-front' dividers at the top to prevent rod stock from falling forward. Black wire fixtures are for Wall Shelving and Hardware bay White wire fixtures are for Closet Rod and Floating Shelves bay PEG Hook on wire fixture to be left straight (B) B Install wire fixtures to both bays See PAGE 2 for more details on fixtures Ensure all product is merchandised to POG Article on POG is correct, however the product shipped will have article # POP There is no POP, ALL old POP is to be removed and discarded LABEL STANDARDS See labeling standards on PAGE 3 Page 1

(measurements are from floor to the top of the fixture). All components in one box used from shelf. To merchandise Tracks, use 3 pairs of 7-Slot Open Wire Dividers. Beams and H-Frames have been cleaned to remove sticky residue and/or marks. Display and/or fixtures are installed correctly. Displays and/or fixtures are clean of any dust, debris and fingerprints. POP and any Tear Pads and/or Brochures are installed correctly. POP is clean of any dust, debris and fingerprints. All product is set to the new POG. Missing product has been communicated to the store and logged correctly. All price labels are installed correctly. Bay re-sequenced. POG and Sign POG placed in the MET pouch and BSR has been filled out properly. Required after photos are taken. Bay is grand opening ready. Page 4

The display must be clean and dust free. GENERAL: New POGs have been pouched for both bays. Do not overstock the articles, as this will damage the product. B: Labeling standards: Product set in the wire fixture, use BIN LABEL. Beam elevation requires BUSINESS CARD LABELS and product on the base elevation requires PALLET LABELS. SAFETY: C: Ensure a safety cable and 2 Toe Kick is set as per POG in each bay.
