(if necessary, please explain the syntax of the type designation on a separate sheet) 1.3 Production facilities In which production facilities is the product produced? (please attach all addresses including production capacity) 1.4 Traceability With multiple production facilities: How can traceability be guaranteed regarding the location where the modules were produced? Please describe the process in detail on a separate sheet (serial number ID or similar). 1.5 Production duration How long have the named module types been produced in their current design in the respective production facilities? 1.6 Uniform delivery Can it be guaranteed that modules for a defined project only originate from a single plant?

2. PV Module 2.1 General Classification Are there several module types with an identical design, but with different power classifications? If so, please list all types in a separate document. Y N Sorting Do the modules have a "positive" sorting (no negative deviations with respect to rated power)? Uncertainty in rated power What is the absolute (measurement) uncertainty of the rated power values? Data sheet Detailed module data sheets are available for each of the named module types. (please attach) Type label A unique type label is available in each case. (please attach) Dimensions The module dimensions are: For crystalline silicone modules: Module length: 1600 mm ± 10%? Module width: 950 mm ± 15%? Module length: Module width: Ease of handling Can the module be managed and installed without additional lifting equipment? Weight Does the module weight more than 24 kg? Module weight:

2.2 Electrical Characteristics Max. system voltage The maximum system voltage is 1000 V Efficiency The module efficiency is > 14.5% (Thin-film: > 9%) Power temperature coefficient The power temperature coefficient is 0.47%/K (Thin-film: 0.41%/K) Reverse current loading Information regarding the maximally permissible reverse current loading is available (data sheet) Thin-film: Degradation Only for thin-film modules: Do the modules have a light-induced initial degradation? If so, by what percentage does the power decrease until stabilization, in accordance with IEC (Light soaking, Test 10.19)? Is this value applied to the information specified on the type label? 2.3 Material and Construction Cells Cell type: Cell manufacturer: Cell length: Cell width: Number of cells: Crystalline silicone cells: A detailed data sheet of the cell(s) deployed is available (please attach). Thin-film cells: A schematic layer construction is attached.

2.3.3 Cell connection For crystalline silicone modules: No more than the maximum number of cells are bypassed per bypass diode than are permitted within the framework of the module certification. Number of cells in series: Number of cells in parallel: Connection unit The module possesses a connection unit with permanently installed bypass diode(s), cables and plug connections (no individual installation is required) Junction box Manufacturer and exact designation of the junction box: The junction box deployed is certified for its usage type according to EN Plugs Manufacturer and exact designation of the plugs: The plugs deployed are certified for their usage type according to EN Cables Manufacturer and exact designation of the cables: The cables deployed are certified for their usage type according to TÜV Rheinland 2Pfg1169/ (or comparable testing standard) Module front side Material and processing of the module front side: Module back side Material of the module back side: Encapsulation Material and process of the module encapsulation: Framing The modules are framed Grounding mechanism A clearly indicated grounding point is provided on the frame.

Frame holes The frame has defined holes for drainage of water (drain holes). 2.4 Module Certifications IEC certifications Without exception, the named modules possess a valid certification according to IEC (thin-film: IEC 61646): Without exception, the named modules possess a valid certification according to IEC UL certification Optional: The named modules possess a valid certification according to ANSI/UL MCS certification Optional: The named modules possess a valid certification according to MCS Product conformance Does the named and current module design to be delivered correspond to the certified design?
