2 ENDEL GROUP Endel Group of Companies consists of twelve companies divided into two branches as Building Materials Group and Industrial Products Group. Building Materials Group produces clay roof tiles under the brand name Kılıçoğlu and is the market leader with over 90 years of experience. Endel Industrial Products Group produces cable harnesses, coolling condensers, tubing products and dishwasher baskets under brand names Kabel and Bekel. Endel Industrial Products Group aims to be the partner in tailor made solutions to its customers starting from product design to finished goods. Endel Group of Companies employs over 1500 people in eight plants located in Eskişehir, Ankara, Istanbul and Manisa.

Kabel Ankara plant is established to serve cable harnesses and dishwasher baskets and became the first manufacturer of dishwasher baskets in Turkey. 9 CABLE HARNESS ASSEMBLY Endel is able to offer cable harnesses for different applications and products including appliance, white goods appliances, HVAC, automotive, commercial vehicles and construction machinery. Special assembly operations can be performed for integrating harness with plastic and metal parts for easier assembly and complete solutions for end customers. Endel has the experience and know how to process various cables, connectors and crimp terminals in pre-assembly stage. The assembly operation is performed at specially designed fixed or carousel assembly lines. The necessary testing lines are designed and implemented by the in-house R&D team according to project requirement. The aim is to test 100% of the products through integrated assembly systems. Endel is able to offer cable harness for different applications and products including appliance, White goods appliances, HVAC, automotive, commercial vehicles and construction machinery. Quality of the crimp connections are ensured with quality tooling and process control. Crimp laboratories are present in all plants to perform the necessary tests including crimp height and width, voltage drop, crimp pull-force graph and cross section analysis. Today state-of-the-art IDC connectors are preferred in appliance and automotive applications. Recognizing this trend, Endel has invested in a large portfolio of fully automatic IDC machines for processing different types of connectors. The cable harnesses are fully terminated and tested automatically through these machines for highest possible efficiency and quality.

10 COOLING CONDENSER 100% leakage test is applied to all types of cooling condensers that are painted eco-friendly black dye and tests concerned with tube are done regularly. Endel producing wire on tube (WOT) condensers for cooling applications in refrigerators for both static wall type and compact no-frost condensers. Highly efficient vertical welding machines are utilized for tube and wire. The end products are coated with water based or powder paint according to customer specifications.the leakage test of the end products are performed either by pressure drop or Helium. The plant has the laboratory to perform Salt Spray, Cross Cut, Interior Humidity and Miscibility tests. Due to its product focus and machine design capability, Endel is able to provide integrated product and process design support to end customers for optimal product cost and performance utilizing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.

11 TUBING PRODUCTS Endel is able to form and machine tubes and pipes from Ø8mm up to Ø220mm for automotive and railway industry with the experience over 15 years of tube and pipe forming. Most common applications of our products are air brake tubes for locomotives and wagons, cooling tubes for HVAC systems, engine tubes, handrails...

12 DISHWASHER BASKETS Dishwasher baskets and accessories are produced with large machine portfolio according to different requirements of customers. Dishwasher Baskets and accessories are produced by complex integrated wire welding and bending operations. The wire products are the coated with Polyamid for high corrosion resistance. The dishwasher baskets are a critical component of the customer experience in terms of function and durability in the appliance. Endel has the experience and capability to serve upto this higher expectation. Endel is able to design and manufacture the welding lines according to customer requirements for cost and flexibility utilizing 3D computer modeling. Through this competence, Endel is able to assist its customers offering and managing the end product variety.
