4 EK 7600 L Library rack system represents an universal kit of elements and parts that can be used to design and build an equipment of various library premises considering their special purpose (reading room, depository, info centre ). Rack finish - choice of wooden parts surface patterns, colour of metal parts can be accommodated considering general architecture of the library premises. Such designed and built premises become a comfortable place for studying and working for all visitors of the library. EK 7600 L rack system can be later upgraded with new perspective parts according to the needs generated by practical experience from rack utilisation. 10 Besides standard book storage racks, EK 7600 L library EK 7600 L rack system can consist of autonomously standing special shelves for daily press and magazines, CD-s and other media storage. Obviously, the shelving system can be equipped with various kinds of shelves with load capacities from 50 to 120 kg. Modular design of EK 7600 L allows to extend or adjust the system whenever during operation. Manipulation equipment such as book transportation trolleys, mobile stands and mobile stairs can be delivered as well.

16 In production process, KOVAL systems, a.s. utilizes latest technological equipment providing sufficient production capacity. We can offer free capacities utilization for various cooperation projects. Currently, KOVAL systems, a.s. is a holder of various certificates, for example: ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate, ISO 14000:2004 environmental management and AQAP 2110 quality system according NATO. Meeting the requirements of particular systems and meeting the quality requirements is controlled by independent quality department. Currently, Koval Systems, a.s. operates in two production facilities. Older plant has capacity of m 2, new production facility has a total capacity of m 2, which will be extended soon to m 2. Production and warehouse premises are equipped with latest technologies in order to achieve high productivity and high quality of final product.
