Dear Sir, IGNOU is a Central University and its Regional Centre is located at 14 Hindustan Colony Amravati Road, Nagpur. We are looking for committed travel Agency to provide the taxi on rental basis as and when required. The model of vehicle should not be before Please quote the rates for Indica, Indigo, Swift, innova, AC\Non-AC.(Three type of Vehicles) in the prescribed proforma enclosed herewith. Quotations be given for both Daily purpose (Annexure-A) (on call basis) and monthly purpose (Annexure-B). 1. No. of duties required in a month: Almost daily including holidays. 2. Minimum no. of hours required in a day: 10 hours an average. 3. Minimum no of Km. required for a month Kms. 4. The meter reading at the beginning point/place should be specified. 5. Vehicle should be supplied in good condition with valid registration, comprehensive Insurance, PUC and valid permit etc. 6. Rate quoted will remain unchanged for 1 year, no request for changing will be entertained in between. 7. Payment will be made once in a month. 8. Vehicle can be utilized for outstations in Districts like Nanded, Hingoli, Parbhani, & districts of Vidarbha. 9. Please submit Demand Draft for Rs.500/- in favour of IGNOU payable at Nagpur towards cost of Tender Documents, while submitting tender.
