37 What now? Gas Tax was not successful in 2017 session What now? Develop strategy for making due with what we have. 6 to 12 months to complete. Must comply with FHWA mandate to meet certain pavement and bridge condition performance targets. Amount needed must come right off the top of the available funding. Rest of system will be severely constrained.
