4 CONTINOUS DEVELOPMENT Increase of production area th. m Our company commenced operations in 1991, with glass units manufactured on a single line in Central Europe in Poland. Back then our core market was window frame manufacturers. Within the next ten years, we established our position as the leading Polish producer of insulating glass units. In 2001 we embarked on sales to other countries and started to build additional plants in Poland. We also expanded our offer to new market segments. 4

5 Thanks to our Customers trust in us and in our values, we have become the leading European producer of processed flat glass for the construction industry. Our first foreign subsidiaries were established in 2014 and subsequently in the next year first foreign manufacturing plants. At the same time, we also commenced our development through acquisitions of glass manufacturing and processing companies. Currently our production exceeds 6.5 million m 2 of glass units p.a. We work with hundreds of regular Customers in Europe and on other continents. To produce all our products we use more than 15 million m 2 of basis glass p.a. On global market we offer our products under the PRESS GLASS brand, and for the United Kingdom residential market also under the GLASS SYSTEMS brand. 6 PRODUCTION POTENTIAL We have ten production plants located in Europe, with a total manufacturing area of m 2. They are located in Poland, Croatia and in the United Kingdom. Their location, addressable markets, production capacity, certification and product range make our company unique in terms of effective response to market demands. meeting different expectations, yet together they create an effective network of connections. Our plants are equipped with 34 IGU production lines, 17 tempering furnaces including one furnace for the production of curved glass. We produce up to m 2 of IGU s daily. Each plant specializes in producing a different range of products and 6

Tychy (Poland) production area: 12 th. m 2 The plant produces the most complex products in the company s range, mainly for the interior and commercial facade markets. It also supports other plants. Tczew (Poland) production area: 14 th. m 2 The plant serves the Scandinavian market and window frame manufacturers in northern Poland. Nowa Wieś - the Company Head Office (Poland) Location of the Company Head Office. Previously also the site of the original manufacturing plant, closed to manufacturing in Varaždin (Croatia) production area: 17 th. m 2 The plant produces IGU s for window frame manufacturers across southern Europe. Swansea (Head Office), Port Talbot, Cardiff, Peterborough, Barnsley, Cumbernauld (United Kingdom) - total production area of 30 th. m 2 The plants produce glass units for the United Kingdom's window frame manufacturers.

8 TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANTAGE In order to guarantee the highest quality, all glass is processed with machinery from the most reputable manufacturers. Machinery includes LISEC and HEGLA glass cutting lines, LISEC processing and IGU assembly lines, GLASTON / TAMGLASS tempering and bending furnaces, BENTELER & HEGLA CNC machining centers as well as TMB HST ovens. 8 Particularly advanced technological processes are carried out on our BENTELER production lines for laminated glass, SCHOLZ autoclave and BÜRKLE, TESOMA and DIPTECH devices for the production of printed enamelled glass. We help our machine suppliers define the directions of development. We participate in testing and implementing new equipment and technologies. Through such equipment innovations, we constantly expand and modernize our machinery. This is how we gain and maintain the technological advantage.

10 INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT OF OUR CUSTOMERS Together with our Customers we develop a personallised, mutually satisfying, and long term model of cooperation. We are active in our search for effective solutions which guarantee our Clients optimized production. We are open to implementing new products and solutions because our Customers inspire us. Our dedicated customer service team provides efficient and prompt information flow at each stage. 10

11 We offer our Customers systems for automated (electronic) order transfer. Using our 'Delivery Check System' Customer can view in real time the status of their order, download delivery specifications and invoices. We guarantee prompt and accurate servicing of even the most complex of order requirements. Our Business Partners can depend on us for quick responses at critical moments and for us to adhere to agreements regarding special specifications.

12 MODERN LOGISTICS Our products are regularly exported to the Customers all over Europe and in North America, more than half of them have been cooperating with us for more than 10 years. Our glass is transported to Customers at a total distance exceeding km per month. Thanks to our fleet or working with a network of specialist international hauliers, daily we dispatch up to 150 deliveries across Europe, covering a radius of km. We also organize transatlantic marine container shipping and air transport. 12

14 BEST QUALITY We are a partner to branded window producers who have sophisticated supply requirements. Highest quality and service are the basis for cooperation. This means we often apply additional certification procedures for components and enhanced production processes to provide extended product warranties. Audits per year 12 Our products meet the requirements of European and North American Standards and the local building regulations of the markets we serve. We also follow individual agreements with our Customers. Our entire European product range meets the requirements of CE Marking, and our American product range meets the ASTM requirements. 15 Our plants and products are audited or certified by acknowledged certification bodies, including: BCCA Annually such institutes carry out several dozen audits of our facilities. Additionally, our Customers conduct their own, individual audits of our facilities.

16 WIDE ASSORTMENT We are an independent company and therefore, we offer products from all of the greatest suppliers: AGC Glass, Euroglas, Fenzi, Guardian, IGK Isolierglasklebstoffe, Kömmerling, Pilkington, Rolltech, Saint-Gobain Glass, Technoform. We provide independent technical advice regarding the choice of components in our finished products. The solution we advocate will depend on the product performance requirements, its place of use, the assumed processing methods and the required delivery period. 16

18 COOPERATIVE POTENTIAL We are well prepared for even more intensive development. We have a solid production portfolio, machinery base and highly experienced personnel. We constantly increase our production capacity and optimize the production efficiency. So far we have produced over m 2 of glass units. We focus on gaining and maintaining a technological advantage over our competitors. We continue to upgrade the quality of our products by implementing innovative components, production processes and service systems. The long-term market expertise of our Customers proves that our business is based on developing long-standing relations.
