2 TERMS & CONDITIONS Prices and Payment Terms: Please note prices and terms are subject to change without notice. UNESTABLISHED CREDIT: If credit is not established, please include payment with order by wire transfer, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. All freight will be considered Collect unless purchaser arranges freight prior to order shipping. All payments must be in U.S. dollars (USD). Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month on any unpaid overdue balance. Force Majeure: Precision Components Co an Iowa LLC (herein referred to as Precision Components) shall not be liable for any costs or damages due to delay caused in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Precision Components in the conduct of its business. Returns, Cancellations & Restock Fees: Returns and cancellations must be approved by Precision Components. Returns received UP TO (45) days after invoice will not be charged a restocking fee. Returns received AFTER (45) days of invoice will incur a 25% restocking fee. All returned items must be in as-delivered condition and require a Return Authorization Number in order to receive credit. Precision Components accepts returns up to (1) one year. See our 1-Year Limited Warranty. Sales Tax and Applicable Law: Precision Components is required to charge state and local taxes on items for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. Freight: Unless otherwise stated, freight and all other shipping fees will be charged for all shipments. The consignee must pay all taxes, duties, and any extra charges incurred due to special handling by the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, consignee must file claim with the carrier. One (1) Year Limited Warranty: Precision Components warrants all products sold to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Precision Components warrants all items against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. 1) Warranty claims must be made in writing within 60 days of failure. 2) All returned items require a Return Authorization number prior to return. 3) Any part, which is determined by Precision Components to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Precision Component s discretion.
