6 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION AMS Cargo Center is located on Schiphol Logistics Park and concerns a new multi-tenant warehouse with a total surface of c. 34,000 sqm, divided in five sections starting at 4,000 up to 6,000 sqm each and includes 229 parking spaces. The location comprises a high attention value towards the highway (Amsterdam The Schiphol Logistics Park Hague) and is furthermore directly situated next to the provincial highway N201. The cargo platform of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is accessible within less than five minutes. The first three tenants of AMS Cargo Center are Independent World Services, ViaEurope and Bonded Services that signed leases for in total c. 20,500 sqm. The remainder c. 13,500 sqm is available for rent. The delivery of the building will take place on 25 July AMS Cargo Center is realized in accordance with the BREEAM methodology and comprises a Very Good certificate. Furthermore, the building consists of 35 docks, a maximum storage height of 12.2 m1, sufficient floor load capacity, ESFR sprinkler system and LED lighting. The complex is designed by DENC Architects and was developed in a joint venture between Built to Build and Proptimize. 6
