2 GENERAL INFORMATION Sempex AG is the appointed handling partner of the Centre Expo Congrès Mandelieu of ISC 2018 taking place in Centre Expo Congrès Mandelieu. Besides the onsite services within the Centre Expo Congrès, we are glad to offer also transport and custom clearance services for your exhibits. The Sempex team will be happy to reply on all logistics questions and requirements. The reservation must be made as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to ensure a service on time. 3. LOGISTICS OF EMPTIES The empties" service must not be booked in advance and will be registered by the Sempex crew on site. After registering the order you receive corresponding labels for the crates. As soon as the labels are glued, we are recording the dimensions as well as other information about the goods and then we organize the storage until the return delivery date on September 27 th from 11am (depending on your stand location). Cost for empties : 75.00/m3 Cost for full : 95.00/m3 Cost for administration / per folder : AIRFREIGHT SHIPMENTS Shipments which will be send to the Centre Expo Congrès by airfreight is possible.

4 5. CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS All international shipment need to be customs cleared. The following documents are required : 3 originals of a commercial invoice / packing list with following details: net weight, quantity and value per position, number of packages, detailed description, HS Codes separate invoices for temporary imported goods (eg. exhibits) and permanent imported goods (eg. brochures & advertising material) alternative: CARNET ATA document If necessary: certificates (EUR.1, Form A, CITES, etc.) The final customs clearance and payment of these charges must be confirmed and released prior to pick up of the goods from exhibition booth. Sempex will be glad to assist you with the necessary customs formalities. 6. MARKING Each package of a shipment should be labeled and consecutively numbered. The labels should show the following information: name of the event «ISC 2018, CEC MANDELIEU» exhibitor name booth no Shipments must be packed secured for transportation to protect the goods and re-use it for the return transport (Sempex can manage the empties during the congress). 7. INSURANCE For an adequate protection against damages and loss, we recommend the coverage of a transport insurance for the range of transports to and from the event and even during the exhibition time.

PAYMENT Following payment methods are accepted: banktransfer credit cards : please send us your details in advance cash : currencies Swiss Francs and EURO Invoices are due immediately and without any discount. In case of new customers or noagreed payment method, we reserve the right to ask for an advanced payment before end of the show or direct payment onsite at the booth. 9. BASIC CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACT All work undertaken is subject to the current terms and conditions of Swiss Forwarding and Logistics Association (AB SPEDLOGSWISS) latest version.
