8 4 Supplementary Information 4.1 Validation Rules The following validation criteria are applied: The GPRN is a valid NDM gas point. The GPRN is registered to the Shipper. Ensure all mandatory fields are provided by the Shipper; o GPRN o End User Name o Contact Phone Number o Vulnerable Customer - if yes - Vulnerable Customer Type o Priority Customer o Industrial/Commercial or Residential Vulnerable customer type is valid (if entered). 4.2 Key Notes Updating the Gas Point Address will be dealt with in a separate process. Validation will be processed sequentially. The validation rules provided (in 4.1 above) may not reflect the final sequential order. It is assumed that all Shippers in the NDM market will be asked to sign up to the same agreement with the PPM Service Provider. It is assumed that Elderly Vulnerable Customers are allowed to have PPMs. If this position is changed, the process will change. A vulnerable customer report will be run by prepayment meter type. Particular attention may need to be paid to those End Users using legacy Prepayment Meters, as automatic non-shutdown configuration is not possible for legacy meters. The Transporter will decide whether these meters should be exchanged or whether to send a fitter to update the nonshutdown details. This could trigger BPD16 Creation and Completion of Site Works Jobs Market Process. 8 of 9
