The portfolio includes standard power units and configurable-medium-sized (ABPAC) power units, as well as small and ATEX power units. The production area is over 9,000 m2. 8 7 Customizing Center Brno In our 3,000 m2 production area at our Czech location in Brno, we produce power units in all sizes, however our focus is on the big power units with sizes up to XL. With competent project management, this location also produces complete systems, valve tables, control cabinets and test benches. It has comprehensive cross-company experience for the fluidic-optimized design of manifolds. A special competency are the offshore coatings which are carried out here. Lohr is the central contact for the certifying companies TÜV, GL, DNV, Lloyd's Register. Hoisting unit with active heave compensation As the most important technology partner of the Allseas Group, we developed and designed the drive and control system solutions of the world s biggest hoisting unit for offshore systems. The special vessel Pioneering Spirit is equipped with a top side hoist unit and can lift and transport upper parts of offshore platforms, which weigh up to 48,000 tons. Thus Allseas significantly reduces the costs and risks for the offshore assembly and disassembly. Allseas Highly flexible press brake with production ready cycle times For the press brake Quick-Bend, Boschert, the specialist for sheet metal processing machines, aims for low operating costs and high productivity. Here our variable-speed Sytronix pump drive provides efficiency gains up to 80 percent relative to constant speed drives at much lower noise levels. Despite the high energy savings, Boschert was able to increase the dynamics significantly. Flood protection, even in the harshest conditions The hydroelectric power station Sohlstufe Lehen is an architectural master piece in the middle of the cultural and musical city of Salzburg. The weir field hydraulics developed and produced by us guarantees the mobility of the flaps and the flood protection, also under the harshest conditions. Eight segment cylinders, four flap cylinders, hydraulic stainless steel pipes in pipeline routes and the hydraulic power unit with float control are tailor-made for the requirements. With an output of 13.7 megawatts, the power plant Sohlstufe Lehen supplies energy for 23,000 households. SALZBURG AG
