4 GOODMAN IN GERMANY+ Goodman began its operations in Germany in 2004 and since has experienced rapid grown of its portfolio. In a recent study by bulwiengesa, Goodman was named the top developer in Germany. Goodman owns, develops and manages high-quality logistics and warehousing facilities in key logistics locations across the country. As of 30 March 2017, Goodman manages a portfolio of approximately 3 million sqm of industrial real estate in Germany. Approach to real estate Goodman has established itself as a market leader through its customer driven approach to property development and management and by establishing long-term relationships with its customers, investors and partners. Goodman maintains a long-term view toward property ownership and thus creates strategic plans on maintaining the quality of each property to the benefit of its customers and capital partners. Our customer-centric approach has enabled Goodman to develop strong relationships and win repeat business from a variety of customers in Germany such as Amazon, DB Schenker, DHL, DSV, Fiege, Kuehne + Nagel and Zalando. Unrivaled experience Goodman demonstrates a wealth of experience in the transport and logistics service industries, with a portfolio of more than one million sqm for the sector in Germany. Goodman is also the undisputed leader in the development of e-commerce logistics solutions in Germany, having provided over one million sqm for online retailers since This includes 587,000 sqm of space for Amazon, five projects for Zalando totaling 390,000 sqm as well as modern logistics space for Home24 and Radial (ebay Enterprise). Hamburg Interlink Logistics Centre Nuernberg Logistics Centre Augsburg Logistics Centre Additionally, Goodman is highly active in the automotive sector having developed properties for companies like Continental, Daimler, BMW and Volkswagen. With the signing of two agreements at its Goodman Interlink Hamburg logistics centre in 2015, the industrial property company has broadened its sector expertise to the aerospace industry. Furthermore, Goodman has turned more intensively to brownfield site conversion (the revitalisation of industrial wasteland) in order to secure prime locations for customers in areas with limited land availability. Around half of all new property solutions from Goodman in Germany are created from so-called brownfields. Operations The German team currently has 32 property experts working in the two offices in Dusseldorf and Hamburg.

Christof Prange Head of Business Development for Germany Christof is responsible for leading Goodman s business development in Germany. He joined Goodman in 2011 and in his first role successfully led Goodman s growth in the northern part of Germany. At present, he is responsible for the development of a 235,000 sqm logistics centre in Marl for METRO GROUP. In the 2016 fiscal year, Christof guided his team to commence over 500,000 sqm of new logistic space in Germany. Moritz Heißenberg Head of Portfolio Management for Germany Moritz is primarily responsible for managing Goodman s portfolio in Germany. Together with his team, he helps build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Since joining Goodman in 2017, Moritz manages and strengthens our relationships with Goodman s customers based at various logistics centres by ensuring that the properties are maintained to the highest standards and customers receive excellent service and ongoing support. Christof holds a degree in City Planning from the Technical University of Hamburg and Real Estate Economics from the European Business School Berlin. He is a member of RICS. Moritz holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Lippe- Hoexter and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
