7 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION AMS Cargo Center II concerns a new and stateoftheart highly visible multitenant warehouse that is projected on Schiphol Logistics Park, which is just a 1km drive to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The preparation works for the construction are expected to start in February 2019, anticipated a delivery of the building in Q4 of Similar to our recently new delivered warehouse AMS Cargo Center I, this new development AMS Cargo Center II distinguishes itself not only by its location and high attention value towards the highway (Amsterdam The Hague) but also due to its unique design and appearance. Furthermore, the parking for both passenger cars as truck can easily be expanded through the adjacent and fully fenced high quality parking plot of c. 18,000 sqm, aiming to facilitate c. 100 parking for trucks and/or additional parking spaces for visitors or employees, if required. AMS Cargo Center II will be realized in accordance with the BREEAM methodology and anticipates on a Very Good certificate. Furthermore, the scheme consists of 3 docks, a maximum storage height of 12.2 m1, sufficient floor load capacity, ESFR sprinkler system and LED lighting. 7
