3 1 & 3) Determine Yur OFIs, Biggest Fears & Gals Befre determining yur gals, yu need t be hnest with yurself abut the areas that yu need t wrk n/imprve. Please answer the fllwing questins: 1) What areas d yu mst need t imprve? / What are yur OFI s? 2) What are yur biggest FEARS abut the auditin prcess? Nw think abut what yu want t accmplish determine yur Gals. *** Keep in mind that yur Gals shuld als help yu address yur OFIs and biggest Fears.*** Fr example, if ne f yur OFIs is yu re 10 punds ver yur desired / ideal weight, then yu culd have a Gal f, Wrking ut at least 5 days a week t feel better and lk better! OR if ne f yur fears is yu d nt have the cnfidence t dance in frnt f the judges then yu culd have a Gal f, Increase my cnfidence level thrugh taking at least 3 dance classes per week with a large grup f peple s I feel cmfrtable perfrming in frnt f thers! Make sure yur Gals are SMART!! Specific: A specific gal shuld answer questins like: What are yu ging t d? Hw will it be dne (nt a full plan, just high level)? Hw much d yu want t imprve? Measurable: Answers questins like: Hw will this gal be measured? Hw ften and fr hw lng will the gal be measured? Attainable: List resurces, etc., needed t achieve this gal. Wh can help me? Relevant: List things like why this is imprtant t YOU. What d yu expect t get f ding this? What will imprve? Time-bund: Clearly defined time-frame including deadline. Thrugh yur research, yu might uncver additinal OFIs and/r fears. Fr example, if during yur research yu find ut that the team yu want t auditin fr requires that all girls be able t execute a duble piruette yet yu can nly execute a slid single turn, then yu will need t add this t yur actin plan. 4) Develp Yur Plan After yu have identified yur OFIs, Fears, and Gals, nw yu need t develp a Plan f Actin. Fr each Gal, dcument all the steps (r actins) yu need t take t accmplish that Gal. Make sure yu add due dates and ptential resurces/tls, as needed. Belw is an example f a Plan: SMART Gals Actin Items SMART Gal: Lse 10 punds (r 2 inches ff my waist) by March by wrking ut 5 times a week (at least 1 hur each wrkut) and having a healthier eating regimen t make me feel and lk my best!
