4 THE COMPANY Infinite Transport is a dynamic and innovative transport and Logistics Company, with a strategic specialized fleet, providing solutions throughout the SADC countries for a diverse range of customers. Our blend of owned vehicles, innovative solutions, strategic partnerships, 4PL and 3Pl service offerings coupled with excellent service, quick decision making and first-hand knowledge enables us to supply our customers with a tailor made, reliable and cost effective solution. Infinite Transport s operation grew to its current size due to our integrity, drive to supply innovative solutions to our customers and integration ability of elements within the supply chain and the various cultures involved across the SADC region. This ability remains the corner stone of our current operation. VISION To be acknowledged by our customers as an integral part of their supply chain requirements within South Africa and throughout the rest of the SADC countries. 7 SADC OPERATIONS Infinite Transport operates throughout the SADC region. We service all port and routes throughout the area. Infinite have registered companies in South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia, thus have firsthand knowledge of these countries and are able to support all major SADC routes with Infinite personnel on the ground. 8 Hennie Cronje a qualified teacher starts a milk-run collection operation in the Northern Free State with a L tanker. This fleet grows to three vehicles as part of a farming operation HJ Cronje Vervoer is formed and one milk Tanker is rubber lined for chemical transport distributing portable water purification chemicals for NCP The first 30 Ton tanker is added to the fleet. The entire operation is focused on distribution of water purification chemicals and grows to 12 vehicles 1995 First chemical loads moved cross border mainly to Namibia and Botswana 1999 Henu Cronje joins the then family business full time after completing his B.Com degree as operations and workshop manager. CronTrans (Pty) Ltd is registered and set his focus on marketing within the chemical The first diversification take place and tankers are bought for the Omnia Group 2002 Tankers start moving chemicals to Zimbabwe 2003 First contracts obtained from Sasol 2005 First explosive loads are moved cross border for AEL via Crest Total operations reach 50 plus vehicles and depot is moved from the family farm to Vanderbijlpark. Various chemicals, fuel, mining and edible oil companies form part of the customer base 2009 Tankers are exported to Zambia for movement of sulfuric acid from Ndola to Solwezi and DRC. Henu Cronje set up an operation and lives in Ndola for a period of time Infinite Logistics Zambia is registered to consolidate the tanker and logistics business after the economic down turn Infinite Logistics Zambia is registered with offices in Lusaka Infinite Transport Zimbabwe is registered with offices in Harare 2014 Current Head office premises is obtained and develop into the state of the art facility 2015 More than 10 specialised tankers are added to the fleet resulting in one of the biggest HCL and Hypo tanker fleets in the country plus customers are invoiced for the first time during book year. These include customers across all sectors % sold to Nandile enterprise a black woman owed company founded by the Ngwnya family. The transaction addresses our customer BEE requirements and poise Infinite for further growth in years to come. He sets his focus on marketing within the chemical industry. PAGE 8

9 OUR SERVICES TRANSPORT We transport products throughout the SADC region. Our focus markets include: - Liquid-bulk Tankers - Fuel, various solvents, various acids, edible oils, explosives etc. - Dry-bulk tankers - Cement, Ash, Soda Ash, Carbon etc. - Packed cargo - General cargo, Dangerous goods, explosives, FMCG products - Tippers - All minerals, mining commodities, grains etc. - Project cargo - Abnormal loads CLEARING, FORWARDING & GOODS Infinite Transport is a registered clearing agent. We focus on a one stop service from South Africa into all the SADC countries. We generate all relevant clearing documentation, thus will handle your load from loading point to offloading point through all borders. We are also registered as a transporter of goods in bond and have bond facilities in place for products should it be required. MATERIAL HANDLING & WAREHOUSE - Warehousing - Bagging or re-bagging - Containerization - Forklifts, front end loader, tractors etc - Loss control, Inventory and stock levels - Weighbridge solutions CONSULTING & FLEET MANAGEMENT - Implement and manage BEE transport initiatives for customers. These include owner driver schemes or development of black woman owned companies. - Implement and manage BEE owner driver schemes. This include admin and full maintenance solutions - Transport and logistics skills transfer to BEE owned companies - Evaluating customer needs and propose, implement and/or operate the proposed efficient supply chain or part there off. - Financial analysis and valuations of transport companies. - Implementation of policies, procedures, internal controls and information systems in new and existing transport companies or customer logistics departments - SQAS system implementation and audit assistance for transport companies - Route risk assessments - Loading and offloading site inspections with corrective actions. Adopting an attitude to serve others around you weather it s your fellow employee, customer or someone you have never met, through all you do, will definitely change/define you as person. Infinite has been involved in various community projects over many years, even before the BBBEE model indicated it as a requirement for businesses in South Africa. Some of these projects ranged from financial, physical and moral assistance to old age homes, orphanages or/and individuals.
