10 DEKRA management systems Mobile protocols, vehicle stock management platforms and online auction systems Stock management platforms / Mobile protocols DEKRA systems allow to manage process of entering, verifying current condition and removing objects (e.g. vehicles and machines on site / in post vindication warehouses). One of the elements of this solution is DEKRA.mobile application that generate electronic input / output protocols. Auction platforms DEKRA offers development, implementation and delivery of dedicated IT solutions for online auction platforms. Auction system developed by DEKRA enables customer to conduct own sales process using auctioning mechanisms involving for example own employees or entities purchasing vehicles in wholesale. 9

12 Ecological stickers Ecological stickers obligation to have in Germany and Austria In Germany since January 2008 the so-called Ecological Zones are successively introduced to reduce emissions. Only vehicles that meet certain emission standards with ecological stickers and with entered registered number are allowed to designated zones. These regulations also apply to vehicles registered abroad (e.g. in Poland) and to transit traffic. Entering a vehicle into the ecological zone without required sticker results in a fine of 40 to 80, even if the vehicle complies with the environmental standards required by the zone! Depending on the degree of cleanliness of the vehicle exhaust three types of eco-stickers are distinguished: > > green, > > yellow (since 2015 does not entitle to enter ecological zones), > > red (since July 2014 does not entitle to enter ecological zones), > > advantageous conditions for purchase ecological stickers for vehicles registered in Poland and moving to Germany, > > only in DEKRA Polska there is a possibility to buy this sticker immediately, > > attractive prices when buying wholesale. DEKRA Polska issues stickers to enter Austrian eco-zones for trucks over 3.5t or / and which are described in the registration document as a truck or tractor. 11
