3 Logging On 1. Open your web browser and enter 2. Click into the etransport Job Entry, Tracking and PODs Portal at the bottom of the page 3. You will be presented with the following prompt, log in using your username and password 3

4 Struggling to View Website Pop-ups If you encounter issues viewing the website in full: If you are logged in using Internet Explorer 1. Select Tools in the upper right hand corner (cog icon) 2. Select Compatibility view settings 3. Add stiller.co.uk 4

5 Click back on Tools and select Internet Options 1. Select Privacy tab 2. Ensure Turn on Pop-up Blocker option is unticked If you are logged in using Google Chrome 1. Open Settings 5

6 2. Click Show advanced settings 3. Under Privacy select Content Settings 4. Ensure under Pop-ups, Allow all sites to show pop-ups is ticked If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Customer Services Once logged in you will be presented with the following screen. This is your home page which will display the fuel price and any other relevant news. 6

7 Entering Jobs Choose the menu option Create Job You will be presented with the following screen, fill in all sections highlighted in red: Save Collection & Delivery addresses by selecting first time. Once saved, to search for the address click after inputting a whole address for the 7

8 Delivery Service: Ensure correct Service Level is selected in the drop down menu as this determines delivery date. The delivery date can t be changed manually. Premium 24hr = Next day delivery Economy 48hr = Economy 2-day delivery Economy 72hr = Economy 3-day delivery Select to show help text if you need any assistance. Cut-off Times All jobs are to be input by 1pm for collection that day unless you have prior agreement with your account manager. Special arrangements can be made for later additions; please contact Customer Services for more information. Don t forget, you can arrange a same day collection down country for return to yourselves if entered on the system before 11am, for the same price it would cost to send to the collection address. 8

9 Manifesting Timed Deliveries Pre- 10AM Delivery (between 0900hrs hrs): 1. Tick Delivery AM Delivery (between 0900hrs 1200hrs): 1. Tick Morning Delivery 9

10 Booked Delivery (any set time between 1000hrs 1700hrs): 1. Tick Set Time Delivery 2. Enter required time in Time box Want us to book your delivery in? 1. Tick Arrange a delivery booking for me charge applies 10

11 Collection Instructions: - Please detail any specific collection requirements in the box below E.g. Goods ready now / Goods ready after 1pm Saturday Deliveries: 1) Drop down the box titled Service Level and select Saturday Delivery 2) Tick Saturday Delivery box above 11

12 Job Amendments If a padlock appears next to a job, only a Stiller Administrator can amend your job. If you require any amendments (e.g. adjusting pallet quantity/sizes, adding contact info) after entering a job, please your changes to traffic@stiller.co.uk or call the Customer Services team on opt 1. If you are applying Stiller sticky barcode labels to your pallets and you make an amendment, please RE-PRINT and apply a new label once the changes have been made to your job. Pallet Quantities Qty = number of pallet LIFTS Space = number of SPACES taken up on the vehicle Weight = Total WEIGHT of the total number of pallets Size Pallet Spaces Max Weight (kg). Load/unload by forklift Max Weight (kg). Load/unload by tail lift Max Width (m) Max Length (m) Max Height (m) Half Full (Standard) Oversize - 2 spaces NA* Oversize - 3 Spaces NA* *Tail lift deliveries for oversize pallets only available by request. Full health & safety risk assessment required. FOR EXAMPLES SEE BELOW: If you have 2 standard pallets 750kg each for delivery: In full column input: - Qty = 2 - Space = 2 - Weight = 1500kg (total weight of the 2 pallets) 12

13 If you have 1 oversized pallet 2 spaces 1000kg for delivery: In the oversize column input: - Qty = 1 - Space = 2 - Weight = 1000kg (total weight) If you are unsure of the pallet dimensions you have input, please detail the dimensions in the description box and we will check and ensure priced correctly e.g. 13

14 Manifesting Amazon Deliveries Please ensure that the required ASN/FBA and the UNIT/CARTON counts get populated in the correct fields within the job. Find the manifesting guide on the next page. Please ensure the special postcodes for Amazon are used; find the list below. 15 Amazon Manifesting Guide Please see the below guide to manifesting your Amazon jobs online on E-Transport. The correct details must be input into the relevant sections to avoid any delays to the booking-in process. Member Customer/ Amazon Vender name Amazon Special Postcode Items and Cases ASN Number Delivery notes must only contain Amazon PO Reference Numbers, formatted as a letter followed by seven numbers separated by a colon Correct Pallet quantity is essential 15

16 Viewing Jobs and PODs 1. Click on Jobs List 2. Digital signature, click on the YELLOW view sigs icon. 3. Proof of Delivery, click on the white PDF icon available within 48hrs hours of delivery. 4. No PDF uploaded, a copy can be obtained from Customer Services by quoting Job number/item reference: traffic@stiller.co.uk option 1 16

17 Viewing PODs and Invoices 1. Select Account Info 2. You will be presented with the below info: 3. Select the POD icon to view all PODs related to a particular invoice 4. Select the INVOICE icon to view a copy invoice 5. Filter your dates to view older invoices if needed. If you experience any issues viewing these please refer to earlier pages on website viewing issues or contact Customer Services opt 1 or traffic@stiller.co.uk 17

18 Pallet Barcode Labels If you have not been given a demo and provided with stationary, please contact Lizzie Brophy opt 1. Single label print one label at a time. Click on the print a barcode label. icon for each individual job and a pop up screen will appear to Multi-Label Print Click the tick box next to all jobs you want to print barcode labels for, then click on Palletline Labels to print all labels in one go. Select multiple jobs input that day using the tick box area, click on the Palletline labels link in reports on the left-hand side of the screen and this will print multiple labels at once. Labels will look like this: Running out of labels? Contact Customer Services to order some more. 18

19 Printing Delivery Manifest Select the jobs you want to appear on the Manifest via the tick box and click on Delivery Manifest. Only jobs ticked will appear on the manifest A pop up screen should appear like below, click ok. The following screen should appear and this can be kept for your records as required. 19

20 Printing Delivery Notes To print a delivery note again, select the jobs you want to product a delivery note for via the tick box and click on delivery notes. A screen will pop up with the following delivery note: Please note the collect from will read the address you have input for collection, it has been removed for the purpose of this screen print. 20

21 Viewing Job Costs 1. Select Job Report (KPI) 2. The below pop-up will appear. 3. Select Delivery KPI Report and click OK 4. Enter dates required and click OK Changing your Password To change your password: 1. Click on User option (main menu) and select Change Password. 2. Enter your Current Password and New Password in the relevant fields and then retype to verify, then click SAVE. 21
