The Company has two manufacturing plants as follows: - Pagnacco Facility, 6, via Vanelis (Udine): Superficial area: 10,479 sq m. Covered area: 3,315 sq m. - Amaro Facility, Industrial Area (Udine): Superficial area: 33,530 sq m. Covered area: 14,500 sq m. Web Site Vision and Mission Since 1976, Modulblok S.p.A. operates in the Storage Systems sector. The experience acquired on the Italian and foreign markets, with thousands of companies served, place it among the leaders in Warehouse Logistics. The manufacturing facilities in Pagnacco and Amaro (Udine - Italy) employ 150 workers and have available a covered area of 18,000 square meters. Since its incorporation, Modulblok S.p.A. pursues the goal of becoming an authoritative point of reference in the field of the Warehouse Logistics. Our aim is to enable Customers to reduce their overhead costs through original and innovative solutions for an organized, safe and efficient warehouse. 6 Production Technical manufacturing processes Manufacturing processes make use of highly innovative technologies featuring proprietary know how. Planning, design, calculation and static tests are carried out by technical staff equipped with the most advanced software for development, estimation, calculation and BOM generation. In addition, Modulblok makes use of the Toyota Production System (TPM) and Lean Production methods in order to minimize inefficiencies and reprocessing and to offer to the clients a high quality and high performance product

7 Products The company operates in the industrial racking and storage systems sector. Nowadays, the use of industrial metal racking is growing because of the strong push to rationalize logistics and storage systems (warehouse robotization and automation). In addition, Modulblok proposes products integrated by an advanced design and logistics consulting service, capable of offering solutions to complex warehousing issues. This strategic ability uses a NETWORK of partner companies that are either partially owned or subsidiaries of the Company. PALLET-RACK: heavy racking (pallet-rack) featuring different static, gravity flow, drive-in and self-bearing joints; SHELF-RACK SYSTEM: Light racking (shelf-rack) designed for picking is split between EASYBLOK and REX; CANTILEVER: Cantilever racking for long items and oversized items; MODULEVER: light cantilever racking; PLATFORMS: locked platforms (for average bearing distances and capacity); industrial platforms (with hot rolled beams); open pressed - profile (molded beams and columns); MOBILE RACKINGS: a system called "MOBYBLOK" featuring movable carts; AUTODRIVE: a semi-automatic DRIVE-IN storage system; SPECIAL PROJECT: special automated and self-bearing racking projects. 11 Market Reference Market The reference market is plant engineering for the industrial storage sector, better identified by the most qualified analysis companies as the STORAGE SYSTEM sector. It subdivides the business in Industrial Racking areas and Automated Warehouse areas and in recent years it enjoyed continuous expansion driven by the growing attention to the optimization of inventory management, which requires efficient and rational systems to manage space and picking activities. In particular, the Automatic Warehouse AREA is the one that experienced the best performance in the recent years. Competitive position Modulblok is an Italian leader in the field of industrial racking thanks to its CANTILEVER and PALLET RACK products. Modulblok s strategy for the next 3-5 years is strongly focused on expanding the Company s presence in the AREA of SELF BEARING AUTOMATED WAREHOUSES, namely the Special Project, thanks to the expertise acquired and the management skills shown in the Market. For this purpose, by incorporating mbt Engineering in Treviso (of which it is partial owner at 53%), it created a network of leaders in the field offering a qualified presence in all sectors; a highly innovative operating tool that integrates the knowledge of logistics and allowing the Company to serve large business clients (now confused by the fragmentation of the offer) as a Partner capable of finding solutions to complex warehouse logistics issues
