The bill of lading must be on «express release» basis and a copy must be ed to: ccluchague@onsitefr.com. It will be impossible to trace the shipment without this copy. 7 EXHIBITORS 2 - UNLOADING IN CANNES The merchandises will be unloaded, on arrival in Cannes, by our team. ON SITE will have to: check the quantity of parcels with the transport receipt check if there is any damage advise the sender in case of damage or parcel missing 3 - CUSTOMS FORMALITY The Customs formalities will be applied only for the shipment coming from or going to a non EEC Country. ON SITE will clear the shipment with the pro-forma invoices through the French Customs, and the merchandises, once released, will be ready for delivery on stand, or for shipping. All types of Customs formalities are available: ATA carnet formality temporary importation formality final importation formality transit formality final exportation formality For the final importation formality, ON SITE will pay in advance to the French Customs, the eventual VAT and Customs Duties on your behalf, and will invoice them to you at cost, after the exhibition. 4 - STORING BEFORE THE EXHIBITION The merchandises arriving in Cannes from 12 October 2015, will be unloaded and stored into ON SITE / MATHEZ WAREHOUSE, Esplanade de la Pantièro, 100 m away from the Palais des Festivals and des Congrès. (map page 16) The merchandises will be then delivered at once or partly on stand on 17 or 18 October

8 EXHIBITORS 5 - DELIVERY ON STAND We are kindly suggesting you to inform us, as soon as possible, about the requested date and time of the merchandises delivery on your stand. (form page 21) If no appointment is requested in advance, you then will have to come and check your merchandises into ON SITE / MAHEZ WAREHOUSE, Esplanade de la Pantièro, 100 m away from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrés. (map page 16) 6 - STORING DURING THE EXHIBITION For security reasons, ON SITE will not store the empty boxes during the exhibition. The remaining of a first partly delivery, can be stored during the exhibition in the ON SITE/ MATHEZ WAREHOUSE. (map page 16) You will have to contact us at: +33 (0) Special labels will be supplied and will have to be stuck on each box to be stored again. Daily deliveries can be requested during the event. 7 - RETURN TRANSPORT A shipping instructions form and new ON SITE labels will be disposed on each stand on 22 October 2015 after 6 PM. We are kindly asking you to fill them, on your arrival to the stand on 23 October This form with a packing list and a pro forma invoice, for the non EEC final destination country, must be returned, dully filled, to ON SITE staff during the pick up on stand. Each parcel must be properly packed and labelled with the final consignee address. ON SITE will supply, at the end of the exhibition, on 23 October 2015 at noon, new card boxes, additional shipping instructions form, labels and packing material, which will be at your disposal at the ON SITE meeting moints. (maps pages 17 to 19) We are strongly suggesting you not to leave your stand location before the pick up of your shipment in return. ON SITE will not be held responsible, in case of non-respect of this rule, for any lost or theft of the parcels. 8

(map page 17) The trucks will come, by number, to be unloaded to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes. Any truck coming directly to the Palais des Festivals et des Congres in Cannes, without this special label, will be asked to return immediately to la Bocca. 9

13 STAND CONTRACTORS 2 - UNLOADING AND DELIVERY OF THE STAND EQUIPMENT The stand cases will be discharged with our own forklifts and delivered by our own team to each stand location, following the indication marked on the labels, from 13 October We are kindly suggesting you to use strong packaging such as cases or pallets in order to avoid damage or delivery delay. Due to the large quantity of trucks, an unloading number with date and time of handling will be given to you by ON SITE, depending on your and our technical purposes. Contact us at your earliest convenience (bchatillon@onsitefr.com - Att: M. Bernard CHATILLON). 3 - CUSTOMS FORMALITY The Customs formalities will be applied only for the stand equipment coming from or going to a non EEC Country. ON SITE will clear the shipment with the pro-forma invoices through the French Customs, and the shipment, once released, will be ready for delivery on stand, or for shipping. All types of Customs formalities are available: ATA carnet formality temporary importation formality final importation formality transit formality final exportation formality For the final importation formality, ON SITE will pay in advance to the French Customs, the eventual VAT and customs duties on your behalf, which will be invoiced to you at cost, after the exhibition. 4 - THE STORAGE OF THE EMPTIES The empty storage labels will be given to you on the delivery of your stand equipment to the stand location. They must be sticked on each parcel once empty. ON SITE will pick up on stand, store during the exhibition period the empty cases or pallets, and return them back to stand on 24 October 2015 before 6.00 am. 13

14 STAND CONTRACTORS 5 - THE RETURN TRANSPORT OF THE STAND EQUIPMENT A shipping instructions form and new ON SITE labels will be available at our ON SITE / MATHEZ WAREHOUSE, from 24 October 2015, from 7.00 am. (map page 16) This form with a packing list and a pro forma invoice, for the non EEC final destination country, must be returned, dully filled, to ON SITE staff during the pick up on stand. Each parcel must be properly packed and labelled with the final consignee address. 6 - ANNUAL STORAGE We are pleased to inform you that the stand equipment can be stored in our warehouse in Nice until any future exhibition. A quote will be returned on request. Our warehouse is situated in Nice, and is fully protected by alarm and video systems. The non EEC country stand equipment can also be stored on under bonded area, without paying French VAT and duties. The stored stand equipment will be systematically insured on declared value basis. 14
