YEARLY CAPACITIES Priority Storage Users : pro-rata rata redelivery capacities at Aggregated Receiving Station (Public Distribution) imposed by law Residual capacities : first committed / first served 2. SHORT TERM CAPACITIES first committed / first served 3. DAY AHEAD MARKET CAPACITIES first committed / first served 4. CAPACITIES LIBERATED ON CREG'S REQUEST Allocation by CREG

20 SC LOENHOUT & PSP: CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE TEMPORARY CONGESTION STEP 1: STEP 2: STEP 3: information to CREG (congestion( location / used / not-used capacity + actions already taken by Fluxys) demonstration of future use of applicant(s) requested capacity CREG takes necessary actions if capacity has to be released STEP 4: 45 days after written notification by CREG Fluxys shall release unused capacity based on decision by CREG SUSTAINED CONGESTION Storage Operator shall review allocation rules in consultation with storage users.
