13 SYSTEM INTEGRATION CONTRACT MANAGMENT Unitech has a dedicated team of project managers and automation/control engineers who between them have a weath of experience in food production industries. Large or small contracts, through from initial feasibility study to client handover. Full CDM management can be provided if required. Automation and control systems are supplied by our inhouse team to ensure optimum performance of conveyor systems. All major plc manufacturers equipment may be incorporated including Siemens, Allan Bradley Telemechanique, Mitsubishi etc. HMI s are extensively used for system operation, data entry and recipe handling. 14 ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURES Enclosures are available in Stainless Steel 316 or 304 grade. Options include stainless steel lock, mounting plate and earth strap to door. A choice of nine standard sizes. Push button lamp apertures also available. Can be produced to any customer specification or size. Unitech s Stainless Steel Electrical Enclosures are designed and manufactured to the highest standards using stainless steel 304 grade. Produced in a wide range of standard sizes, or to customer s own specifications, Unitech Enclosures are sealed to IP67, making them completely waterproof and suitable for a wide variety of uses in damp or wet environments; Fuse Boxes, Control Boxes, Motor Houses or even as Storage Supboards. Standard Enclosures are produced with solid walls, base and top, enabling apertures to be punched according to individual customer requirements.
