2 In 2016, the main event, besides the actual kick-off of the Project and the meeting in late May, was preparing the Grant Agreement amendment and some changes took place. This proposal was sent to INEA in December 2016 for approval. The reasons presented were: Changes in the Polish Consortium in September 2016: Infacert resigned and Callfreedom had to be replaced by QUMAK; 6 months delay of the Action due to late GA signature by INEA and all the partners (different countries and 11 beneficiaries) only possible in December The new completion date of the Action is June 30 th

8 Preparation of the IFS 2017: Certificate on the Financial Statements (Annex VII = 1 Excel sheet) if applicable (Statutory auditor declaration and certification) (>750k ); Requirement of a sworn statement by the authorised partners representative; Everything sent by to the coordinator by May 1 st 2017; Consolidated financial statement (one per consortium = 1 Excel sheet) with certification by the coordinator. 8

9 Last Final Statement: FS costs; Copy of invoices, contracts and HR costs sent to the coordinator. Financial reporting end of the action Request for the payment of the balance (final payment): 1) Final report (including an executive summary); 2) Individual financial statement (one per beneficiary) including: declaration of the receipts (= income, other sources of financing); certification of the Member State (only for EU). 3) Certificate on the Financial Statements if applicable; 4) Summary financial statements (consortium view). 9

10 Consortium Agreement Because of the GA amendment, the CA need subsequent changes and eventual readjustments. This will be addressed in Activity 8 presentation. 10
