4 DRESSELHAUS DATA Joseph Dresselhaus founded the company in Since then we have grown steadily. A one-man firm has meanwhile become a large medium-sized company with branches in Germany and abroad. This is what Dresselhaus looks like today: Annual sales of 240 M EUROS Family-business from East Westphalia Germany since are generated from our three business segments of fasteners, fixing technology and furniture fittings. Our most important industries, amongst others, include the mechanical engineering and automotive supply industries.

MECHANICAL AND PLANT ENGINEERING Our extensive know-how in C-parts management enables us to help companies of all sizes sustainably lower their process costs. COMMERCIAL VEHICLE MANUFACTURING We pick and pack individual assembly sets and installation kits for the market leaders of the automobile industry in our own packing plant. FURNITURE PRODUCTION We offer over 50,000 fasteners, fixing technology and a huge range of high-quality furniture fittings and accessories. PRODUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINES We stock a broad range of industry-typical products in a great variety of versions and finishes. 1ST AND 2ND TIER AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY As a reliable partner, we supply renowned companies in this industry with high quality products in large volumes.

DIY STORES DIY stores often have their own goods presentation systems. We supply shelving units that perfectly integrate therein. CAR PARTS BUSINESS We offer a dedicated range of 3,000 standard and customer-specific parts for the special requirements of the car parts business. BUILDING MATERIALS TRADE Upon request, we supply building material markets with customized shelving systems, displays and packages to match the shop layout. FASTENER SPECIALISTS We support this target group with target group-oriented packaging units and flexible goods display systems. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION TRADE We are supplying the electrical installation trade with more than 2,000 standard and customer-specific parts as well as individually customized shelving systems.

FURNITURE FITTINGS As one of the most important suppliers of the furniture industry, we offer a broad range of furniture fittings and hardware. Our core competence lies in the area of small fittings. FIXING TECHNOLOGY Clamps, dowels, anchors, cable ties, blind rivets and much more: Dresselhaus carries an extremely broad range of fastening products from renowned manufacturers in top quality. ELECTRICAL PARTS Dresselhaus is renowned as one of the most important distributors for fasteners and fixing technology. But we also stock an extensive portfolio in the electrical area and have been supplying important players in the IAM (independent aftermarket), agricultural machine construction or automotive industry with small electrical parts for many years. CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC AND ENGINEERED PARTS We deliver engineered parts produced exactly in accordance with your specifications from all commonly used and special materials manufactured by highly qualified cooperation partners around the world.

11 WE OFFER YOU... C-PARTS MANAGEMENT The costs for procurement of screws, nuts, washers and the like can often exceed the actual value of the products. For this purpose we are offering our clients an efficient C-parts management. Key aspects: cost optimization and efficient handling. KANBAN (DRESSELHAUS DIREKT) Dresselhaus DIREKT means that we support you with a supply concept that has been specifically tailored to your company! Our scanner- and/or RFID-based systems enable economic product delivery and will thus optimize your C-parts management. We are happy to advise you! MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION SUPPORT Service is important at Dresselhaus: We advise you with experienced field staff, offer you tailor-made proposals, campaigns and advertising templates, and support you with your product presentations, events and tradeshows. In addition to this, our training programme also includes interesting seminars for you and your colleagues. E-BUSINESS SOLUTIONS We are continuously adapting our enterprise resource planning system to the requirements of our customers. Aided by standardized interfaces and individually realized formats, we can communicate with our clients and suppliers by way of all commonly used transmission media. ENGINEERED PARTS SERVICE As part of our delivery systems, we can also supply you with customer-specific and engineered parts, manufactured exactly in accordance with your specifications. And we will also time the delivery precisely to suit your requirements. GOODS PRESENTATION SYSTEMS We ensure an attractive Point of Sale (POS) product presentation with demand- and target group-oriented quantities, special shelving systems and a uniform packaging line. PACKAGING SOLUTIONS AND FINISHING We will supply you with coordinated quantities in sturdy cardboard boxes. For retailing, the packages have a convenient bulk function for easier individual removal. An optionally integrated viewing window allows your customers a direct view of the product. DIRECT CONTAINER IMPORT Dresselhaus can support you in the procurement of large quantities with direct container imports by having your products made by manufacturers around the world and then delivered directly to your doorstep without detours.
