4 Date R The date the form is prepared Requested by R Name of person who has requested the adjustment be completed Checked by O Name of person who confirmed the requestors request to be completed when an adjustment is required for unexplained inventory variances IDH no. R Material number that uniquely identifies a material also commonly known as SAP no. & material no. New IDH no. O When a product changes IDH no. the new IDH number is required to be listed in this field. Product description R Full description of material Batch no. R Batch number of material, when product is not batch managed this field is not required to be complete New batch no. O When a product changes batch no. the new batch number is required to be listed in this field Total qty to adjust R Specifies the quantity to be moved in the unit of entry. The quantity is to be completed in the stock keeping unit (base unit of measure) Unit of measure R Unit that enables you to determine the size of a quantity of material Plant R Specifies the plant that the movement is to occur in Storage location R Specifies the location that the movement is to occur in Bin location C It defines the exact location of goods in the warehouse. This field is required to be completed for Plants SA31 & SA3A excluding TEMP Storage Location. Warehouse Management is not applicable in other plants Stock Status unrestricted O Stock is unrestricted and available for sales and production Stock Status quality inspection O Stock is restricted, it can not be released for sale or production but shows as available in MRP Stock Status blocked O Stock is restricted, it is not available for sale or production and doesn t show as available in MRP Additional comments O Comments in relation to the stock status Reason for adjustment R Reason for adjustment Profit Centre C Profit centre for material, this is required to be completed when a scrapping movement is occurring. Profit centre is available under costing one in MRP Page 4 of 5

5 Cost Centre C Cost centre for applicable account, this is required when a goods issue against cost centre occurs. (201/202) Movement Type R Specifies a key for the type of goods movement, please refer to Movement types to ensure the correct movement type is been specified Reason for Movement R Specifies a movement type for the goods movement, please refer to Movement types to ensure the correct movement type is been specified Action adjusted by R User who keyed the inventory movement authorisation form Action document number R Document number issued for adjustment Action WHM complete C Confirmation that warehouse management has been completed by user Page 5 of 5
