Cincotta Feederferry Srl: has been operating in the logistics field since 1999, offering expert logistic advice and services for the transportation and distribution of containerised and palletized goods on national, european and word-wide destinations. Enrico Pernis LTD Srl: is an established and well-known company in the shipping industry. For almost a century it has been offering a high quality service in ports all over Sardinia. It is specialized in serving vessels and yachts, offering a variety of services including supply provisions. Enrico Pernis NCC: offers transfer services for singles and groups.. Thanks to its vehicles, Enrico Pernis NCC works putting kindness, discretion, safety, confort, availability and puntuality first. Multimedia Srl: was established in 1986 and in 1990 became Sardinian Office of Costa Crociere, performing this role for 17 years. Afterwards, in 2006 the brand adopted the new name Nonsolocrociere. It became Nonsolocrociere by Multimedia when it started working as Travel Agent and Tour Operator. 2

9 Multimedia Srl: The Multimedia Srl was founded in Managed by Mrs. Franca Bargone Cincotta, acted from 1990 to 2006 as Commercial Office of Costa Crociere for Sardinia, taking care of the relationships with around 300 travel agencies all over Sardinia. Since 2006, following the merging of the different commercial branches of Costa Crociere into one main Office in Genoa, Multimedia Srl added the name of Nonsolocrociere. It became Travel Agency and Tour Operator, better serving, among the other tasks, the shore excursions with cruise ships, according to the italian regulation. The " Nonsolocrociere by Multimedia" offers a 360 service to its customers, combining high quality standards and advantageous market conditions, and a variety of excursion oriented to culture, nature and tasting. 9
