2 Safe flexible ergonomic The MMM rack and accessories range for the Uniclean PL II washer-disinfector has been developed in close co-operation with medical device manufacturers and users in hospitals. This practicality is readily apparent. The result is a flexible range of loading racks with appropriate insert modules for cleaning simple to highly complex medical devices. 3 Automatic loading conveyor 1R Fully automatic transport of the loading rack into the chamber of the Uniclean PL II. Load capacity: 1 loading rack Ramp designed as roller conveyor, with loading and guiding mechanism, produced entirely from CrNi steel. Visible sides polished to a satin finish. Electrically driven rollers move the rack trolley into the chamber. The conveyor recognises if a loading rack is located on the ramp and can be transported into the chamber of the Uniclean PL II. A drip pan is located underneath the rollers. Drip pan polished to high-gloss finish. The conveyor can be detached for maintenance purposes. Can also be used in combination with the rack hatch Uniclean PL II ( ) - see "3. 6 The rack return stations comprise automatic transport conveyors and an automatic rack return (return window) as a separation element between the loading and unloading side. 8 Rack Hatch Uniclean PL II 15-2 For the passing through (return) of loading racks. Both front sides have a connection mechanism for automatic loading and unloading conveyors, as well as for transport trolleys on the loading side (clean side). Chamber with twin door framework structure, entirely of CrNi steel, comprising framework, chamber, automatic rack transport and attached front panel. Visible sides are polished to satin finish, with 2 integrated automatic sliding windows, with safety glass, opening downwards. Driven by cable pull electric motor with crush guard and counterweight balancing. During operation, the door to the chamber is sealed with an inflatable door seal that goes all the way around the chamber. Mounted on a 100-mm high base.
