2 HISTORY Engranajes GRINDEL founded in 1969, is a company specialized in the manufacture of cylindrical gears and splined shafts with ground quality in single, small and medium batch sizes. We adapt client requirements according to drawings or samples submitted. The company currently exports 65% of its production to more than 15 countries worldwide, thus positioning itself as a reliable international supplier for major manufacturers both national and international. We are prepared for customers most demanding technical requirements. SECTORS Engranajes Grindel manufactures and provides advice regarding cylindrical gears and splined shafts with ground quality for clients from many sectors, involving applications as diverse as cranes/ hoists, special vehicles, 4x4 units, agricultural machinery, mechanical transmissions, separators/decanters, pumps/compressors, gearboxes, engines, robotics, trains, machine tool and others. QUALITY Engranajes Grindel has been striving for more than a decade to achieve absolute quality in its processes and products positioning the company as a reliable international supplier. Each stage of the process from review of quotation/sales order, design, purchase, receipt of materials, supervision of sub-suppliers and sub-operations, manufacturing in all of its stages, including final control and shipping is reviewed and controlled in accordance with the most demanding internal procedures and specifications of the Quality and Environmental Management System under the ISO 9001 and ISO Standards. Industrial and quality management processes are subject to continuous revision and improvement due to internal and external audits by clients and/or regulatory agencies. In addition to ensure the overall quality of the cylindrical gears and splined shafts under DIN, ISO and AGMA Standards, among others, Engranajes Grindel has well-trained and qualified technicians which are equipped with the most modern quality control equipment. 4 CYLINDRICAL GEARS We manufacture spur and helical gears including all types of profile modifications, protuberance, tip-relief, crowning, etc. Grindel has a wide range tools, hobs, grinding wheels and the latest machinery for production and is able to achieve quality DIN 5. 5 SPLINE SHAFTS Our roots are in the machine-tool industry, and for this reason, we have a large experience in manufacturing spline shafts. These components are essential in the manufacturing of lathes and milling centers, and special machinery in general. Diameter max.
