4 B. User manual: 1. Installation and unwrapping: Please check the packing carefully before unpacking, if there are any signs of damage, please contact the forwarder for insurance or damage claims. 2. Test all functions on the product that you have received. If there are anything that are not functioning as it should, contact you dealer 3. When using the product, please follow the instructions and use the drawings. C. Maintenance: 1. Check the locking mechanisms for elevating the cushions frequently, see (no. l and 2 page 5), so you are sure that they are in perfect order. This must be done to ensure that the cushions can not fall down when used. This to avoid damage on patient or user 2. Clean the product with mild soapwater on regular basis. This secures the condition and looks of the product for a much longer period of time. At the same this is the hygienic thing to do. If there are stains on the cushions, it can be cleansed with spirits, but it must be washed with a soap liquid immediately afterwards. 3. Check at least once a week, the locking rod for the forward set, for any wear and tear. If you can not lock the rod in any position or it does not lock properly, it must be replaced. 4. Note. After adjustment of forward seat and rolls, remember to lock the lockingknob in the right position and tighten the wingscrews (no.3. on drawing page 5) 5. If you have specific questions concerning service or maintenance, contact your dealer. D. Precautions: 1. The table must only be used for specific exercises or/and treatment. dato/date: side /page 3

5 E. Limitations: 1. The mobilizing bench is meant to be used by one person at a time 2. It is not constructed to withstand any kind of machinewash. 3. The table must not be placed in rooms with especially high humidity, in rooms that are connected with swimmingpools, saunas etc. This can cause corrosion and rust. 4. The table is for indoor use only. F. Adjustment/settings: 1. All adjustments and settings are possible without using force. 2. After all adjustments, please ensure that all rods and locks are in right and locked positions. G. Area of use: 1. The table is constructed for treatment and training in most medical treatment and exercise areas. H. Repairs: 1. If any problems occur, please try to correct it with the help of this manual. 2. If there still is a problem, take contact with your dealer. Remember to give up the art.no., production year and serial.no. 3.
