Liaison Officer PC Jones N10 Update from last meeting on 24/07/ non injury road traffic collisions no offences. - 2 reports regarding driver behaviour vehicles not traced. - One report of an assault one person reported to Procurator Fiscal. - One report of a concern for person traced safe and well. - Report of abandoned vehicle Liaising with Highland Council to resolve. - One report regarding concern for a drunken person traced safe and well and left in care of a suitable person. - The following is related to the Groove Festival - 20 persons found with controlled substances on their person seized drugs and reported individuals accordingly. - 2 persons taken to hospital after taking controlled substances - 2 persons reported to the Procurator Fiscal for being concerned in the supply of controlled substances. - Various controlled substances seized for destruction. - One report of vandalism One person reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

Update from last meeting on 25/07/ non injury road traffic collisions No offences - 2 reports regarding driver behaviour drivers spoken to - Report of abandoned vehicle Liaising with Highland Council to resolve. - Three reports of concerns for persons all traced safe and well. - 3 reports of ongoing disturbances Police attended and no disturbances on arrival and no complaints being made. - 1 report of a disturbance at a party Police attended, no complaints being made. Police dispersed the party before leaving. - Two reports regarding persons finding controlled substances attended and seized drugs for destruction. Fort Augustus and Glenmoriston 27/09/17 The Old School, Dalchreichart - PC Jones N104 (Liaison Officer) attending. Update from last meeting on 30/08/ non injury road traffic collisions No offences - 2 slight injury road traffic collisions No offences - 4 reports regarding driver behaviour some drivers traced and spoken to. - 2 separate reports regarding ongoing disturbances Police attended and spoke to all persons with no complaints being made and no offences libelled. - 1 report regarding a concern for person traced safe and well.

3 - Whilst carrying out anti crime patrols Police located a skimming device on a ATM in Fort Augustus device seized and enquiry ongoing. Update from last meeting on 28/08/ non injury road traffic collisions no offences - 2 reports regarding driver behaviour one driver traced and spoken to. - 1 driver issued a conditional offer for a road traffic offence. - 1 report of theft by shoplifting enquiries ongoing - 1 report of theft enquiries ongoing. Update on Previously Agreed Actions See previous OP 55/8 & Relevant Reference on the Area Command Action Tracking Table None Update on any local community safety issues / trends within the community and any assistance / information requested from the community. Review IMPACT / intelligence etc Fort Augustus Police located a skimming device on a local ATM and would like to advise all members of the community to cover the keypad when inputting their PIN and if they have concerns that the ATM has been tampered with do not use the machine and contact Police so it can be checked. Any local / Area Command / Divisional / Police Scotland updates / key messages The community council Police reports will now cover all areas covered by Fort Augustus Officers; The report will be sent once monthly. On this occasion updates have been made since the last meetings to ensure all community councils are fully updated with incidents in their areas. From October 2017 one report will be sent out around the 25 th of the month to all community councils.
