15 OUR TERMS OF SALE - OUR GUARANTEE - OUR COMMITMENT ART. 1: TO ORDER By mail: RF Conception - 3 rue de l embranchement Reichstett - France By phone: By info@rfconception. com or info@urtime-timing. com Return a signed and dated quote with the mention «agreed»; or by your personal order or stating very clearly your contact information: invoicing address, delivery address, telephone number, and VAT number for the European Union. The reception of a signed order along with the deposit (see Article 3) will ensure its consideration. ART. 2: PRICES All prices are in Euros, exclusive VAT and Ex-Works France. They are given without commitment on our part, as an indication. They may be modified at any time as a result of changes in prices of our suppliers or, in case of forex changes, depending on the product carriage or postage. Our prices are always listed on our quotes. RF Conception is only liable to the prices indicated on those quotes. The pictures in the presentations are non-contractual, actual sizes and shapes of the products presented might be slightly different. ART. 3: TERMS OF PAYMENT Each invoice is payable at reception. 1 / For gear and chips: 30% as an order confirmation; the remainder and subsequent charges by bank transfer before shipment (ex-works). All orders are subject to a participation in shipping costs. 15 ex-vat of handling fee will be charged for orders below 150 ex-vat. 2 / For services: 30% as order acknowledgment, payment upon the delivery of tags; balance and other charges by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice. In case of a cancellation of the service, the sums already paid shall not be refunded. 3 / Other conditions such as a special agreement with the sales department. For any payment, our bank details are written at the bottom of our quotations, order acknowledgments, and invoices. ART. 4: DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER Depending on the type of product and your delivery address, we generally work with private transport companies for any shipment to France and abroad. The price depends on the package (weight and dimension) and on the delivery location. At reception, do not forget to verify the condition of the boxes or pallet and of their content. Any problems should be reported with reservations on the delivery bill of the carrier. In this case, please notify us within 48 hours by registered letter. Delay in delivery: RF Conception cannot be held liable for any delays of delivery if it is due to any reason beyond its control or out of control, such as: accidents, weather, and delays in transportation, in supplier deliveries, return of equipment rentals, strikes, etc... ART. 5: MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE To satisfy you and given our requirement on the quality of the products we sell, RF Conception will take back or exchange equipment, excluding customized products within 15 days of receipt provided that the equipment is in its original packaging. Depending on the type of product, warranty is 1 year minimum parts and labor. This is applicable for normal usage of the equipment. This warranty can be extended to 3 years, subject to conditions. Contact us. Shipping costs for the return to RF Conception is at the expense of the client. It is necessary to justify your return in order to facilitate the process of service. For non-warranty service, RF Conception will send you a quote for repair. If you do not accept it and you want to retrieve the equipment, you have to organize the shipment at your expense. ART. 6: RETENTION OF PRO- PERTY The goods delivered remain the property of RF Conception until full payment of the invoice. Art. 7 : TAGS urtime systems will only read urtime tags. ART. 8: PLACE OF JURISDIC- TION In case of any dispute relating to the order, the competent court will be the tribunal de commerce de Saverne, France, to which the parties concede exclusive competence. 15
