6 ITEM 3050 Intermediate Switching $145 1,3 $425 2,3 Note 1 : Applies on empty and loaded cars of all commodities (in each direction) except for Hazardous Material, Explosives, TIH/PIH and Dimensional where CRL provides intermediate switch service between IAIS and other railroads having a direct connection with CRL. Note 3 : CRL will bill charges to the Delivering or Receiving Line-Haul Carrier. ITEM 1580 Responsibility for Connecting Carrier Switch Charges Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Tariff or in a Private Rate Agreement with the Customer, the CRL shall not absorb any switching charges of connecting carrier(s).
